&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La nueva norma regula hasta seis ámbitos de la normativa aplicable en la juventud, concretamente: el reconocimiento de las escuelas de educación de tiempo libre infantil y juvenil (Título I), los programas de los cursos de director/a y de monitor/a de actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil (Título II), las actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil (Título III), las instalaciones juveniles (Título IV), el Programa Carnet Joven (Título V) y el Censo de entidades juveniles y de entidades prestadoras de servicios a la juventud (Título VI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El capítulo III del Decreto 23/2018, sobre Régimen de comunicación de las actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil, establece los términos en los que se comunicarán las actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantiles o juveniles, definidas en el mismo decreto, artículo 37.1, como actividades dirigidas a niños/as y jóvenes, organizadas por una persona física o jurídica, pública o privada, con ánimo de lucro, en la que participan un mínimo de diez personas de entre 14 y 18 años, o de entre 3 y 18 años mientras no se apruebe una normativa específica que regule las desarrolladas con este colectivo, con el fin de favorecer la participación social, la diversión, la formación, el aprendizaje de valores, el descanso y las relaciones de las personas participantes, en ejecución de un proyecto educativo, y que se llevan a cabo durante tres días consecutivos, o no consecutivos, en un período de siete días naturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. El artículo 45, apartado 1, establece que las personas o entidades organizadoras de cualquier actividad de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil que se desarrolle en las Islas Baleares deben presentar una declaración responsable ante el órgano competente en materia de juventud de cada isla, según el modelo normalizado que apruebe por resolución el titular del departamento de juventud de cada isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Los subsiguientes apartados del artículo 45 establecen los términos en los que se presentará dicha declaración responsable. El apartado 45.3 concreta el contenido que esta declaración responsable debe incluir, así como la documentación que la persona responsable de la actividad debe disponer y los requisitos que deben cumplirse en el momento que la actividad se lleve a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. El artículo 46 del Decreto 23/2018, establece el régimen de comunicación y desarrollo de la actividad continuada y sin un grupo estable de personas participantes de los centros y centros infantiles y juveniles al que se acogerán las actividades continuadas con menores de edad que formen parte de la programación periódica de movimientos o casales y centros infantiles y juveniles y que no tienen un grupo estable de participantes, dado que la inscripción está abierta de manera permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. Según este artículo 46 del Decreto 23/2018, apartado 46.2, se comunicará la relación de actividades continuadas que se llevarán a cabo durante el ejercicio o durante el curso de acuerdo con la normativa de procedimiento administrativo común. Este mismo artículo, apartado 46.4, también establece la documentación que la persona responsable de la actividad debe disponer y los requisitos que deben cumplirse en el momento que la actividad se lleve a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7. Si en esta programación anual de actividad continuada se prevén actividades de educación en el tiempo libre previstas en el artículo 37 del mismo Decreto 23/2018, como acampadas, escuelas de verano, colonias, marchas, etc., se debe seguir el régimen de declaración responsable previsto en el artículo 45.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Ley 21/2006, de 15 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos de Menorca y de Ibiza y Formentera en materia de juventud y ocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el que se desarrolla parcialmente la Ley 10/2016, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Ocupación, Proyección Económica, Juventud y Deportes, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 123/2017, de 7 de julio (BOIB núm. 83, de 8 de julio de 2017) en relación con los Decretos de Presidencia núm. 120/2017 y núm. 121/2017, de 7 de julio (BOIB núm. 83, de 8 de julio de 2017);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobar los modelos normalizados en relación con los documentos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Declaración responsable para la comunicación de actividad continuada sin grupo estable de personas participantes de los casales y centros infantiles y juveniles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;● &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de marcha por etapas, un croquis del itinerario en el que se debe indicar, por orden cronológico, todos los lugares por donde se pasará y los lugares donde se dormirá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;● &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Póliza de seguro de accidentes personales para todas las personas participantes (incluidos el director o directora, monitores/as, voluntariado, y demás personal participante, en prácticas o no) con las siguientes coberturas: por gastos de asistencia sanitaria , con un mínimo de 6.000 euros; por fallecimiento, un mínimo de 5.000 euros, y por invalidez permanente, un mínimo de 6.500 euros, salvo que otra normativa que desarrolle las actividades que puedan calificarse de riesgo establezca cuantías superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;● &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Póliza vigente de seguro de responsabilidad civil que debe prever unos límites mínimos de 300.000 euros por víctima y 1.200.000 euros por siniestro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;● &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Proyecto educativo, que debe contener una relación de las actividades de contenido educativo, ecológico, deportivo o recreativo que se deben llevar a cabo, los objetivos y los medios con que se cuenta, una evaluación de los riesgos de las actividades y una descripción de las medidas preventivas de los riesgos que se puedan originar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECLARO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.Que la actividad cumple los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud, y el Decreto 23/2018 de 6 de julio, por el que se desarrolla parcialmente la Ley integral de juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Que dispongo en el momento de iniciar la actividad de tiempo libre en cuestión, y a lo largo del desarrollo de la actividad, de la documentación y de los requisitos legalmente establecidos que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Autorización del propietario del terreno o del edificio que se ocupe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Actuaciones o normas básicas que se deben seguir en caso de emergencia, en las que se incluyan, en su caso, las necesarias para evacuar la instalación donde se lleve a cabo la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Autorización de participación en la actividad, que tiene que entregar la persona que tiene la patria potestad, tutela o curatela, de cada participante menor de edad. En caso de que la custodia sea compartida será firmada los dos padres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lista de participantes con indicación del nombre, la edad, las direcciones y los teléfonos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta lista debe incluir el número de documento de identificación y el nombre y apellidos de las personas participantes en la actividad y de las personas que tienen su custodia, tutela o curatela. En caso de que esta custodia sea compartida, los datos deben referirse a ambos progenitores. En el supuesto de actividades organizadas por entidades públicas, la presentación de la solicitud de inscripción correspondiente implica la autorización a la entidad organizadora para verificar los datos personales declarados, salvo que haya una oposición expresa por parte de la persona o personas interesadas, en cuyo caso se debe aportar el documento correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Copias de la acreditación de la formación o de las titulaciones del equipo dirigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asimismo, declaro que la titulación de estas personas cumple los requisitos estipulados por el Decreto 23/2018, capítulo IV, que establece la formación exigible al equipo dirigente de las actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Certificados de cada uno de los miembros del equipo dirigente emitido por el Registro Central de Delincuentes Sexuales, que contenga una referencia expresa a no figurar inscrito, según lo establecido en el Real Decreto 1110/2015, de 11 de diciembre (BOE número. 312, de 30 de diciembre de 2015). Este certificado está lo más actualizado posible y expedido, como máximo, doce meses antes. En el caso de personas de origen extranjero o que tengan otra nacionalidad, además, certificaciones negativas de condenas penales expedido por las autoridades de su país de origen o de donde sean nacionales respecto de los delitos relacionados en el artículo 3.1 del Real decreto mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Que en el anexo I de esta declaración hacemos constar la relación de las personas que integran el equipo dirigente de la actividad incluido el personal con el carnet de socorrista que expide la Conselleria de Salut i Consum para el supuesto de actividades que se desarrollan en el mar o la piscina y la normativa general de aplicación no exija la presencia de socorristas propios de la playa o de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Que nos comprometemos a comunicar al Consell Insular de Menorca cualquier modificación que pueda producirse en los datos de esta comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Que todos los datos mencionados son ciertos. Que sé que, en el supuesto de que se compruebe la inexactitud o falsedad de los datos facilitados a la Administración, esto puede dar lugar a la suspensión de la actividad o del ejercicio del derecho afectado, previa audiencia de los interesados, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades penales, civiles o administrativas que se deriven. También sé que si hay riesgo para las personas o para las cosas, la suspensión se puede adoptar cautelarmente de manera inmediata, mediante resolución motivada. Y que en el supuesto de riesgo inminente y extraordinario, se puede prescindir del trámite de audiencia, sin perjuicio de que, posteriormente a la adopción de cualquiera de estas medidas, sean oídas las personas o entidades interesadas y se confirmen, modifiquen o levanten mediante resolución motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Que la actividad cumple los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud, y el Decreto 23/2018 de 6 de julio, por el que se desarrolla parcialmente la Ley integral de juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Que dispongo en el momento de iniciar la actividad de tiempo libre en cuestión, ya lo largo del desarrollo de la actividad, de la documentación y de los requisitos legalmente establecidos que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Proyecto educativo, que debe contener una relación de las actividades de contenido educativo, ecológico, deportivo o recreativo que se deben llevar a cabo, los objetivos y los medios con que se cuenta, una evaluación de los riesgos de las actividades y una descripción de las medidas preventivas de los riesgos que se puedan originar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Actuaciones o normas básicas que se deben seguir en caso de emergencia y de accidente de las personas participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Autorización de participación en la actividad, que tiene que entregar la persona que tiene la patria potestad, tutela o curatela, de cada participante menor de edad. En caso de que la custodia sea compartida será firmado los dos padres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Lista de participantes con indicación del nombre, la edad, las direcciones y los teléfonos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta lista debe incluir el número de documento de identificación y el nombre y apellidos de las personas participantes en la actividad y de las personas que tienen su custodia, tutela o curatela. En caso de que esta custodia sea compartida, los datos deben referirse a ambos padres. En el supuesto de actividades organizadas por entidades públicas, la presentación de la solicitud de inscripción correspondiente implica la autorización a la entidad organizadora para verificar los datos personales declarados, salvo que haya una oposición expresa por parte de la persona o personas interesadas, en cuyo caso se debe aportar el documento correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Póliza de seguro de accidentes personales para todas las personas participantes (incluidos el director o directora, monitores / as, voluntariado, y demás personal participante, en prácticas o no) con las siguientes coberturas: por gastos de asistencia sanitaria , con un mínimo de 6.000 euros; por fallecimiento, un mínimo de 5.000 euros, y por invalidez permanente, un mínimo de 6.500 euros, salvo que otra normativa que desarrolle las actividades que puedan calificarse de riesgo establezca cuantías superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Póliza vigente de seguro de responsabilidad civil que debe prever unos límites mínimos de 300.000 euros por víctima y 1.200.000 euros por siniestro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Relación del nombre y apellidos, los respectivos documentos nacionales de identidad o equivalentes y la indicación de la titulación de las personas responsables de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asimismo, declaro que la titulación de estas personas cumple los requisitos estipulados por el Decreto 23/2018, capítulo IV, que establece la formación exigible al equipo dirigente de las actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Certificados de cada uno de los miembros del equipo dirigente emitido por el Registro Central de Delincuentes Sexuales, que contenga una referencia expresa a no figurar inscrito, según lo establecido en el Real Decreto 1110/2015, de 11 de diciembre (BOE número. 312, de 30 de diciembre de 2015). Este certificado está lo más actualizado posible y expedido, como máximo, doce meses antes. En el caso de personas de origen extranjero o que tengan otra nacionalidad, además, certificaciones negativas de condenas penales expedido por las autoridades de su país de origen o de donde sean nacionales respecto de los delitos relacionados en el artículo 3.1 del Real decreto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Que en el anexo I de esta declaración hacemos constar la relación de las personas que integran el equipo dirigente de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
