&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En el Decreto 63/2016, de 21 de octubre, por el que se crea el Consejo de la Juventud de las Islas Baleares, se establecen sus normas básicas de organización y funcionamiento y se aprueban los principios generales que regulan los consejos de la juventud de ámbito insular y local. El capítulo II del título II de este decreto, artículo 21, establece que cada consejo insular puede regular la creación de los consejos de la juventud insulares respectivos, y otorgarles la naturaleza jurídica más conveniente, pública o privada, para su ámbito territorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El Pleno del Consell Insular de Menorca en sesión ordinaria de día 17 de septiembre de 2018 adoptó el acuerdo de aprobación inicial del reglamento del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca (BOIB núm. 117 de 22 de septiembre de 2018, p. 9754 &lt;em&gt;PLENO - Aprobación inicial del Reglamento del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Tras la aprobación inicial por el Pleno del Consell Insular de Menorca, el reglamento del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca permaneció en exposición pública en el Consell Insular de Menorca durante treinta días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la publicación del citado edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 117 de 22 de septiembre de 2018). Durante este plazo, los interesados ​​pudieron examinar y presentar las reclamaciones, reparos u observaciones que consideraran oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. De acuerdo con la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, y con la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, se informó del trámite y se sometió a audiencia a las entidades del ámbito de Juventud en Menorca, entre las cuales ayuntamientos y entidades juveniles o prestadoras de servicios a la Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Durante los plazos de exposición pública y de audiencia a entidades, este Consejo no recibió reclamaciones, objeciones u observaciones por parte de personas o entidades interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 5.3 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres, el Consell Insular de Menorca solicitó al Institut Balear de la Dona informe sobre el impacto de género del reglamento del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7. Se toma nota de las recomendaciones en el informe del Institut Balear de la Dona sobre variables e indicadores para conocer mejor la situación de las mujeres y se incorporan las modificaciones recomendadas en relación al lenguaje empleado en el reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8. En sesión ordinaria del Pleno del Consell Insular de Menorca de día 21 de enero de 2019 se acordó la aprobación definitiva del reglamento del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca, publicado en el BOIB núm. 14 de día 31 de enero de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Ley 10/2006,&lt;/strong&gt; de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Ley 21/2006,&lt;/strong&gt; de 15 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos de Menorca y de Ibiza y Formentera en materia de juventud y ocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Ley 8/2000,&lt;/strong&gt; de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, artículo 6.2, sobre la posible creación de órganos complementarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Decreto 63/2016,&lt;/strong&gt; de 21 de octubre, por el que se crea el Consell de la Joventut de les Illes Balears, se establecen las normas básicas de organización y funcionamiento y se aprueban los principios generales que regulan los consejos de la juventud de ámbito insular y local, Título II, sobre principios generales relativos a los consejos de la juventud insulares y locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Reglamento orgánico del Consell Insular de Menorca,&lt;/strong&gt; aprobado por el Pleno en sesión ordinaria de 16 de diciembre de 2002.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Reglamento de Participación ciudadana&lt;/strong&gt; del Consell Insular de Menorca de 2005, Título IV sobre la regulación, la naturaleza, la organización, las funciones y el funcionamiento de los consejos sectoriales; y artículo 30, donde se establece que el régimen de funcionamiento de este órgano de consulta y participación se regulará en el correspondiente reglamento interno aprobado por el Pleno del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Reglamento del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca,&lt;/strong&gt; publicado en el BOIB núm. 14 de día 31 de enero de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Empleo, Proyección Económica, Juventud y Deportes, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 123/2017, de 7 de julio (BOIB núm. 83, de 8 de julio de 2017) en relación con los Decretos de Presidencia núm. 120/2017 y núm. 121/2017, de 7 de julio (BOIB núm. 83, de 8 de julio de 2017);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Convocar las entidades que pueden designar representantes en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca para que presenten la solicitud correspondiente, mediante los modelos adjuntos a esta resolución según tipo de entidad, junto con la documentación requerida, para que se reconozca su derecho a designar representantes en el CJM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Conceder un plazo para la presentación de solicitudes de 20 días hábiles a partir de la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución y el anexo con los modelos de solicitud, los cuales incluyen la documentación que las entidades deben presentar en este proceso según su tipología, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con el proceso de constitución del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca establecido en la disposición adicional segunda de su reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Hacer pública esta convocatoria en la web del Consell Insular de Menorca y en uno de los diarios de mayor difusión de la isla, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la disposición adicional segunda del Reglamento del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) La voluntad de formar parte del Consell de la Juventud de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d) Que son ciertos todos los datos incluidos en esta solicitud, en el resto de anexos, y los documentos adjuntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la secretaría de la entidad, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, con la relación nominal de los miembros de sus órganos de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la persona que ocupa la secretaría de la entidad, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, que acredite el número de personas asociadas de la asociación o federación, y que especifique la edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Acuerdo del órgano de gobierno de la entidad que solicita el ingreso como miembro del CJM, acreditado mediante un certificado de la secretaría, con el visto bueno de la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado en el que se detallen las sedes y los espacios de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 2: Modelos de certificado adjunto a la solicitud de admisión en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca según tipo de entidad.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. SOLICITA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La admisión de la entidad identificada en el apartado 3 de esta solicitud el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca como miembro de pleno derecho y, en caso de resolución favorable, asignar como miembros las personas representantes que constan en el anexo 3 de esta solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con el fin de valorar y resolver esta solicitud de admisión en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca, y de acuerdo a la normativa vigente sobre protección de datos de carácter personal (Ley 3/2018, artículo 8.2 y Reglamento UE 2016 / 679, artículo 6.2), el Consell Insular de Menorca tratará los datos personales incluidos en esta solicitud, en el resto de anexos y en la documentación adjunta, en el ejercicio de sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo, según lo establecido en el artículo 9 de la ley 39/2015, ejercerá su obligación de verificar la identidad de los interesados ​en el procedimiento administrativo, mediante la comprobación de su nombre y apellidos y denominación o razón social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la secretaría, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, en el que figure la relación de las asociaciones que forman parte de la federación, así como el número de personas afiliadas o asociadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Acuerdo del órgano de gobierno de la entidad que solicita el ingreso como miembro del CJM, acreditado mediante un certificado de la secretaría, con el visto bueno de la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado en el que se detallen las sedes y los espacios de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 2: Modelos de certificado adjunto a la solicitud de admisión en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca según tipo de entidad.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. SOLICITA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La admisión de la entidad identificada en el apartado 3 de esta solicitud el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca como miembro de pleno derecho y, en caso de resolución favorable, asignar como miembros las personas representantes que constan en el anexo 3 de esta solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con el fin de valorar y resolver esta solicitud de admisión en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca, y de acuerdo a la normativa vigente sobre protección de datos de carácter personal (Ley 3/2018, artículo 8.2 y Reglamento UE 2016 / 679, artículo 6.2), el Consell Insular de Menorca tratará los datos personales incluidos en esta solicitud, en el resto de anexos y en la documentación adjunta, en el ejercicio de sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la secretaría de la entidad, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, con la relación nominal de los miembros del órgano de gobierno de la misma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la secretaría de la asociación u organización, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, sobre la composición de los órganos de gobierno y la representación propia para los asuntos específicamente juveniles. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la secretaría de la entidad, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, que acredite el número de personas asociadas o afiliadas de la sección juvenil de la asociación u organización, y que especifique la edad de estas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Acuerdo del órgano de gobierno de la entidad que solicita el ingreso como miembro del CJM, acreditado mediante un certificado de la secretaría, con el visto bueno de la presidencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la secretaría de la entidad, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, sobre la composición del órgano de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Memoria anual aprobada por los órganos de gobierno, extendida por la secretaría de la entidad, que acredite la implantación de ésta en el ámbito territorial de la isla de Menorca y la prestación anual de servicios, sin ánimo de lucro, además de 20 jóvenes de hasta 30 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Acuerdo del órgano de gobierno de la entidad que solicita el ingreso como miembro del CJM, acreditado mediante un certificado de la secretaría, con el visto bueno de la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Escrito firmado por tres entidades miembros del CJM que sean aval de la memoria de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 2: Modelos de certificado adjunto a la solicitud de admisión en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca según tipo de entidad. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con el fin de valorar y resolver esta solicitud de admisión en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca, y de acuerdo a la normativa vigente sobre protección de datos de carácter personal (Ley 3/2018, artículo 8.2 y Reglamento UE 2016 / 679, artículo 6.2), el Consell Insular de Menorca tratará los datos personales incluidos en esta solicitud, en el resto de anexos y en la documentación adjunta, en el ejercicio de sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado expedido por la secretaría del Consejo de la Juventud local, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, que acredite el número de entidades que forman parte de éste y el número de personas asociadas o afiliadas de cada una de las entidades que la integren, así como el número de personas físicas con voluntad participativa integrantes, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la secretaría del Consejo de la Juventud local, con el visto bueno de la presidencia, sobre la composición de los órganos de gobierno y de administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Copia del acta de protocolo firmada, en su caso, entre el Consejo de la Juventud local y la entidad de la Administración local que corresponda según el ámbito territorial del consejo local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Acuerdo del órgano de gobierno de la entidad que solicita el ingreso como miembro del CJM que manifieste el acatamiento a la Constitución española y el Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, acreditado mediante un certificado expedido por la secretaría, con el visto bueno de la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 2: Modelos de certificado adjunto a la solicitud de admisión en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca según tipo de entidad.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 3: Asignación de representantes en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. SOLICITA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La admisión de la entidad identificada en el apartado 3 de esta solicitud el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca como miembro de pleno derecho y, en caso de resolución favorable, asignar como miembros las personas representantes que constan en el anexo 3 de esta solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con el fin de valorar y resolver esta solicitud de admisión en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca, y de acuerdo a la normativa vigente sobre protección de datos de carácter personal (Ley 3/2018, artículo 8.2 y Reglamento UE 2016 / 679, artículo 6.2), el Consell Insular de Menorca tratará los datos personales incluidos en esta solicitud, en el resto de anexos y en la documentación adjunta, en el ejercicio de sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo, según lo establecido en el artículo 9 de la ley 39/2015, ejercerá su obligación de verificar la identidad de los interesados en el procedimiento administrativo, mediante la comprobación de su nombre y apellidos y denominación o razón social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Que, en relación a la composición del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca, conoce lo establecido por su Reglamento (Capítulo II, artículo 5, apartado c) sobre la designación de representantes: en el caso de federaciones de asociaciones, ninguna de las asociaciones puede designar representantes a título individual en el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- no tiene ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- está inscrita en los censos autonómico e insular de entidades juveniles y entidades prestadoras de servicios a la juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- presta servicios anualmente a más de veinte jóvenes, como mínimo, dentro del ámbito territorial de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Que la entidad dispone de miembros elegibles para ser representantes del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca y que reúnen los siguientes requisitos establecidos en el artículo 6 del reglamento del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con el fin de valorar y resolver la solicitud de admisión en el Consejo de la Juventud de Menorca y este anexo adjunto a dicha solicitud, y de acuerdo a la normativa vigente sobre protección de datos de carácter personal (Ley 3/2018, artículo 8,2 y Reglamento UE 2016/679, artículo 6.2), el Consejo Insular de Menorca tratará los datos personales en este anexan el ejercicio de sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo, según lo establecido en el artículo 9 de la ley 39/2015, ejercerá su obligación de verificar la identidad de los interesados ​​en el procedimiento administrativo, mediante la comprobación de su nombre y apellidos o denominación o razón social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Firma de la persona representante legal de la entidad que suscribe la solicitud de admisión en el Consejo de la Juventud de Menorca (anexo 1) y de las personas representantes de la entidad referidas en el apartado 1 y 2 de este anexo, en la fecha y hora que constan en la firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
