&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación personal al interesado en el domicilio indicado en el expediente y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las administraciones públicas, y en cumplimiento de la normativa de protección de datos de carácter personal se procede a la publicación del presente anuncio de propuesta de resolución del expediente sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quedando a disposición de las mismas, el expediente sancionador correspondiente a cada una de ellas, en la sede del Consell Insular de Formentera, Plaza de la Constitución N.º 1 07860 Sant Francesc, Formentera (Illes Balears). Frente a las propuestas de resolución de expediente sancionador, podrán formularse las alegaciones y aportar las pruebas que los interesados tengan por conveniente en defensa de sus derechos, en el plazo de quince días a contar desde el siguiente al de la presente publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
