    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en los Estatutos de esta universidad, aprobados por el Decreto 64/2010, de 14 de mayo (Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, núm. 76, de 22 de mayo), este Rectorado, en uso de las competencias que tiene atribuidas en el artículo 75.2 de la Ley Orgánica 6/2001, de 21 de diciembre, de universidades, con el fin de atender las necesidades del personal de administración y servicios, acuerda convocar pruebas selectivas para el ingreso en la escala de técnicos superiores de la Universidad de las Illes Balears, subgrupo A1, con sujeción a las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Normas generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1. Se convocan pruebas selectivas para cubrir 1 plaza vacante de personal funcionario de carrera de la escala de técnicos superiores de cuerpos específicos de otros servicios,&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;especialidad ingeniero superior, de la Universidad de las Illes Balears, subgrupo A1, por el sistema de concurso-oposición, turno libre y con destino en la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La plaza convocada está incluida en la oferta de ocupación pública aprobada por Consejo de Gobierno de la Universidad de las Illes Balears y publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares el año 2018 (BOIB núm. 131, de 20 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2. A estas pruebas selectivas les serán aplicables la Ley Orgánica 6/2001, de 21 de diciembre, de Universidades, el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de 3 de abril), los Estatutos de esta universidad, aprobados por el Decreto 64/2010, de 14 de mayo (Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, núm. 76, de 22 de mayo), lo dispuesto en esta convocatoria y el resto de normativa vigente que resulte aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.3. La convocatoria cumplirá el principio de igualdad de trato entre mujeres y hombres al acceso de la ocupación pública, de acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 14 de la Constitución Española, el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto del Empleado Público y la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.4. De acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 75.2 de la Ley Orgánica 6/2001, de Universidades, de 21 de diciembre, esta convocatoria se ha de publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE), mediante un breve resumen. La publicación del BOIB es la que se tiene que tomar como referencia a efectos del cómputo de plazos para presentar instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.5. El desarrollo del &amp;nbsp;puesto de trabajo convocado &amp;nbsp;queda sometido a la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, y al Real decreto 598/1985, de 30 de abril, sobre incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las Administraciones Públicas, de la Seguridad Social y de los entes, organismos y empresas dependientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.6. Todas las resoluciones que se deriven de esta convocatoria se publicarán en el espacio habilitado para convocatorias de selección de personal de la sede electrónica de la UIB: &amp;lt; https://seu.uib.cat/Convocatories/PAS/&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1. Para ser admitidos en las pruebas selectivas, los aspirantes deberán reunir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Tener nacionalidad española o cualquier otra de las que permiten el acceso a la ocupación pública según el artículo 57 del Real decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del Empleado Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Tener cumplidos los dieciséis años y no exceder de la edad de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. No haber sido separado, mediante procedimiento disciplinario, de ninguna administración u ocupación pública, ni encontrarse inhabilitado por sentencia firme para el cumplimiento de funciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los aspirantes con nacionalidad que no sea la española tienen que acreditar, igualmente, no estar sometidos a sanción disciplinaria o condena penal que impida, en su Estado, el acceso a la Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el ejercicio de las funciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Tener el Máster Universitario en Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniero Industrial. En el caso de titulaciones obtenidas en el extranjero, se tiene que estar en posesión de la credencial que acredite la homologación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Tener el nivel C1 de conocimientos de lengua catalana exigible para el acceso al subgrupo A1, establecido en el Acuerdo Normativo 12595/2017, del día 20 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueban varias modificaciones del catálogo de puestos de trabajo del personal funcionario y laboral de administración y servicios de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Haber satisfecho la tasa por derechos de examen de acuerdo con la base &lt;em&gt;4. Solicitudes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2. Todos los requisitos enumerados en la base 2.1 deberán poseerse el día de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes y mantenerse hasta el momento de la toma de posesión como funcionario/a de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Adaptación de las pruebas para personas con discapacidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.1. Los aspirantes con discapacidad que necesiten adaptaciones de tiempos y medios para la realización de los ejercicios han de indicar en la solicitud de la base 4.1 la petición de las posibles adaptaciones y presentar el dictamen del equipo multiprofesional del Centro Base de Valoración de la Discapacidad competente, que tiene que ser emitido antes del comienzo de las pruebas selectivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Este justificante se tiene que presentar en el plazo de presentación de solicitudes al cual hace referencia la base 4.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No aportar el justificante supone la imposibilidad de hacer las adaptaciones para realizar las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.1. Los aspirantes que quieran participar en estas pruebas selectivas tendrán que solicitarlo telemáticamente, cumplimentando, obligatoriamente, la solicitud disponible en la sede electrónica de la UIB, en el apartado «Catálogo de procedimientos», &amp;lt;https://seu.uib.cat/Cataleg-de-Procediments/&amp;gt;, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 10 del Acuerdo Normativo 11504/2015, de 18 de septiembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento del Registro Electrónico de la Universidad de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.2. Para poder realizar el trámite por modalidad telemática es requisito que el solicitante pueda firmar electrónicamente la solicitud por una de estas vías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Mediante un certificado electrónico reconocido o cualificado (DNI electrónico y cualquier otro que cumpla los requisitos del artículo 10 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Mediante credenciales corporativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.3. Con objeto de preservar el principio de igualdad en el acceso a la función pública en el campus universitario, ctra. de Valldemossa, km 7.5, Son Lledó, de Palma, en la Sede Universitaria de Eivissa y Formentera, calle del Calvario, 1, de Eivissa y en la Sede Universitaria de Menorca, calle de Santa Rita, 11, de Alaior, habrá disponible una oficina de asistencia en materia de registro, para facilitarles a los/las aspirantes que puedan formalizar y firmar la solicitud de inscripción y otros que se deriven del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.4. El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de quince días, que se contarán a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y se dirigirán al Rector de la Universidad de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.5. Junto con la solicitud, las personas interesadas tienen que adjuntar el justificante de haber satisfecho los derechos de examen que, en caso de que no esté, determinará la exclusión de la persona aspirante. Además, se tiene que indicar en el justificante de pago el DNI de la persona aspirante a participar en las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En ningún caso el pago supone la sustitución del trámite de presentación, en el plazo y en la forma oportunos, de la solicitud ante el órgano expresado en la base 4.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.6. Los derechos de examen son de 27,57 € y se tienen que ingresar en la cuenta: ES22 2038 3471 2664 0000 0266 UIB OPOSICIONES/CONCURSOS, abierta en la entidad Bankia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Están exentas de pagar la tasa de examen las personas a las cuales se refiere el artículo 14 de la Ley 55/1999, de 29 de diciembre, de Medidas Fiscales, Administrativas y del Orden Social, en los plazos y las condiciones que se detallan. Las personas afectadas han de presentar el justificante correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 62.3. de la Ley 11/1998, de 14 de diciembre, sobre el Régimen Específico de Tasas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, modificada por la Ley 15/2012, de 27 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para el año 2013 (BOIB núm. 195, de 29 de diciembre), “cuando por causas no imputables al sujeto pasivo la actividad que constituye el hecho imponible de la tasa no se haga, es procedente la devolución del importe correspondiente. Por lo tanto, no es procedente ninguna devolución de la tasa en los supuestos de exclusión de las pruebas selectivas por causas imputables a la persona interesada”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.7. Los/las aspirantes con discapacidad que soliciten adaptaciones han de adjuntar con la solicitud el dictamen del equipo multiprofesional competente al cual hace referencia la base 3.1. En caso de no tenerlo en el plazo, se tiene que presentar una copia de la solicitud del dictamen con el registro de entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.8. El solicitante declarará que son ciertos los datos que consigna y que reúne los requisitos exigidos para el ingreso y, en especial, los señalados en la convocatoria. Los requisitos se tendrán que acreditar en el supuesto de que figuren en la lista definitiva de aspirantes que hayan superado el proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con la base &lt;em&gt;11. Presentación de documentos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.9. La autoridad convocante, por sí misma o a propuesta del/de la presidente/a del tribunal, puede solicitar, para los efectos que sean procedentes, que los interesados acrediten los puntos donde se supone que han incurrido en inexactitud o falsedad a la hora de formular la solicitud correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.10. Los errores de hecho que puedan advertirse en las solicitudes se pueden corregir en cualquier momento, de oficio o a petición de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Admisión de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.1. Finalizado el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes y en el plazo máximo de un mes, el Rector de la Universidad de las Illes Balears dictará y publicará la resolución en la que declarará aprobada la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas. En el caso de exclusión se expresará el motivo que la ha originado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas interesadas comprobarán que no figuran en la relación de personas excluidas, y que, además, constan en la lista de personas admitidas. Para enmendar el posible defecto o presentar los documentos que sean preceptivos, las personas excluidas u omitidas tendrán que rellenar la solicitud disponible en la sede electrónica de la UIB, en el plazo de 10 días, que se contarán a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Finalizado el plazo al cual hace referencia el párrafo anterior y enmendadas las solicitudes, el Rector dictará resolución en la que declarará aprobada la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas. En ella se hará pública la determinación del lugar y la fecha de comienzo del primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.2. Cualquier notificación anterior a las pruebas se hará pública mediante la sede electrónica de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.3. Contra la resolución que declare aprobada la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante los juzgados contenciosos-administrativos de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses que se contarán a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución, o potestativamente, un recurso de reposición ante el Rector en el plazo de un mes que se contará a partir del día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Tribunal &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.1. El procedimiento de actuación del tribunal se tiene que ajustar en todo momento a lo que dispone la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.2. El tribunal calificador de estas pruebas se publicará con la resolución del Rector en la cual se declara aprobada la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.3. Los/Las miembros del tribunal se abstendrán de intervenir, y han de notificarle al Rector de la Universidad, si concurren circunstancias de las previstas en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público o que hayan realizado tareas de preparación de aspirantes a pruebas selectivas en los cinco años anteriores a la publicación de esta convocatoria. El presidente puede pedirles a los miembros del tribunal una declaración expresa de no encontrarse incluidos en alguna de las circunstancias previstas al artículo 23.2 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Así mismo, los aspirantes pueden recusar, en conformidad con el artículo 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público los miembros del tribunal cuando concurran las circunstancias previstas en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.4. Con anterioridad al inicio de las pruebas selectivas, la autoridad convocante publicará la resolución por la que se nombran los/las nuevos/as miembros del tribunal que tengan que sustituir a los que hayan perdido la condición por alguna de las causas previstas en la base 6.3, o, por otras causas. Esta resolución se publicará en el espacio habilitado para convocatorias de selección de personal de la sede electrónica de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.5. Con la convocatoria previa del presidente, se constituirá el tribunal, con asistencia del/de la presidente/a, del/de la secretario/a y de los/las vocales titulares. Si falta algún titular, será sustituido por el suplente respectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tribunal acordará todas las decisiones que le correspondan en orden al desarrollo correcto de las pruebas selectivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.6. A partir de la constitución del tribunal, este, para actuar válidamente, requerirá la presencia del/de la presidente/a, del/de la secretario/a y de dos vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los acuerdos se adoptarán por mayoría de los miembros asistentes y dirimirá los empates el voto del/de la presidente/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.7. Durante el desarrollo de las pruebas selectivas, el tribunal resolverá las dudas que puedan surgir en la aplicación de estas normas, así como lo que se tenga que hacer en los casos que no se prevén.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.8. El tribunal puede decidir la incorporación a sus trabajos de asesores especialistas para las pruebas correspondientes a los ejercicios que estime pertinentes, así como para la valoración de los méritos. Estos asesores se tienen que limitar a prestar su colaboración en sus especialidades técnicas y tendrán voz, pero no voto. La designación de los/las asesores se ha de comunicar al Rector de la Universidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.9. El tribunal calificador adoptará las medidas necesarias en los casos en que convenga, de manera que los/las aspirantes con discapacidad tengan condiciones similares para realizar los ejercicios al resto de los participantes, en conformidad con lo que dispone el Decreto 36/2004, de 16 de abril, por el cual se regula el acceso, la promoción interna y la provisión de puestos de trabajo de personas con discapacidad a la función pública de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. En este sentido se establecerán, para las personas con discapacidad que lo pidan en la forma prevista en la base 3, las adaptaciones posibles en tiempos y especialistas para realizar los ejercicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.10. El presidente del tribunal ha de adoptar las medidas oportunas para garantizar que los ejercicios de la fase de oposición sean corregidos sin que se conozca la identidad de los/las aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.11. A efectos de comunicaciones y otras incidencias, el tribunal tendrá la sede en el Rectorado de la Universidad de las Illes Balears, cra. de Valldemossa, km 7.5, Son Lledó, Palma. El tribunal dispondrá que en esta sede al menos una persona, miembro o no del tribunal, atienda las cuestiones que sean planteadas en relación con estas pruebas selectivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.12. El tribunal que actúe en estas pruebas selectivas se regulará por el Acuerdo Normativo 11963/2016, del día 21 de julio (FOU núm. 434) por el cual se modifica el Acuerdo Normativo 11216/2014, de 17 de diciembre, por el cual se regulan las indemnizaciones por razón del servicio del personal al servicio de la Universidad de las Illes Balears y los gastos por reuniones, cursos, conferencias o seminarios, estancias de investigación y de atenciones protocolarias y de representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.13. En ningún caso el tribunal puede declarar que han superado las pruebas selectivas un número superior de aspirantes que el de plazas convocadas. Cualquier propuesta de candidatos aprobados que contradiga esta norma será nula de pleno derecho, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 52.3 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, siempre que los órganos de selección hayan propuesto el nombramiento de igual número de aspirantes que el de plazas convocadas, y con el fin de asegurar su cobertura, cuando se produzcan renuncias de los/las aspirantes seleccionados/as, antes de su nombramiento o toma de posesión, el órgano convocante podrá requerir del órgano de selección una relación complementaria de los/las aspirantes que sigan a los/las propuestos/as, para su posible nombramiento como funcionarios/as de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Procedimiento selectivo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.1. El sistema de selección de los/las aspirantes constará de dos fases: una primera fase de oposición y una segunda fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.2. Fase de oposición: esta fase se desarrollará con los ejercicios y calificaciones que se especifican en el anexo I. El temario que regirá las pruebas selectivas es el que figura en el anexo II de esta convocatoria. La puntuación máxima que se puede obtener en la fase de oposición es de 150 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.3. Fase de concurso: acabada la fase de oposición, tendrá lugar la fase de concurso. Sólo pueden participar los/las aspirantes que hayan superado la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tribunal hará la valoración de los méritos de acuerdo con el baremo que se indica en el anexo III. La puntuación máxima que se puede obtener en la fase de concurso es de 100 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.4. Valoración final: la puntuación global será la suma de las dos fases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.5. La adjudicación de las plazas a los/las aspirantes que superen el proceso selectivo se efectuará de acuerdo con la puntuación total obtenida por estos a lo largo de todo el proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de igualdad en la puntuación total obtenida, sumadas las fases de concurso y oposición, se dará prioridad a la persona aspirante con:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Más puntuación en la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Más puntuación en la valoración de los méritos de la fase de concurso según el siguiente orden: &lt;em&gt;e) Bloque II, a) Bloque I, b) Bloque II, a) Bloque II, c) Bloque II &lt;/em&gt;y&lt;em&gt; d) Bloque II.&lt;/em&gt; Si aplicadas las reglas no se ha dirimido el empate, este se resolverá finalmente por sorteo entre los aspirantes elegidos&lt;span style="color:#1f497d"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Fase de oposición. Desarrollo de los ejercicios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.1. El primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición se hará el segundo semestre del año 2019, y el lugar y la fecha donde tendrá lugar se determinarán en la resolución que se indica en el párrafo tercero del punto 5.1 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.2. Los/Las aspirantes se llamarán por orden alfabético, por la letra que se establezca según el resultado del sorteo llevado a cabo en la Mesa Sectorial de Servicios Generales de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.3. En cualquier momento, los/las aspirantes pueden ser requeridos por los miembros del tribunal con la finalidad de acreditar su personalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.4. Los/Las aspirantes serán convocados/as para realizar cada ejercicio en único llamamiento. Tendrán que ir proveídos del DNI y quedarán excluidos/as de la oposición quienes no comparezcan, excepto en los casos de fuerza mayor debidamente justificados y libremente valorados por el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.5. Finalizado el primer ejercicio, el tribunal publicará en el espacio habilitado para convocatorias de selección de personal de la sede electrónica de la UIB la relación provisional de aspirantes que lo hayan superado, por orden de DNI y con indicación de la nota obtenida. En la relación se anunciará cuando tendrá lugar el siguiente ejercicio, y así sucesivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los anuncios de los ejercicios se harán públicos con una antelación mínima de 48 horas a la hora señalada para el inicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.6. En cualquier momento del proceso selectivo, si el tribunal tuviese conocimiento de que alguno de los aspirantes no está en posesión de la totalidad de los requisitos exigidos por esta convocatoria, previa audiencia de la persona interesada, deberá proponer su exclusión al Rector de esta universidad. El tribunal le comunicará al Rector las inexactitudes o falsedades formuladas por el aspirante en la solicitud de admisión a las pruebas selectivas, a los efectos procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.7. Desde la fecha en que se realice el primer ejercicio hasta la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares del nombramiento de los/las aspirantes que hayan superado el proceso selectivo, no pueden transcurrir más de nueve meses, teniendo en cuenta que entre la finalización de un ejercicio y el inicio del siguiente tiene que transcurrir un plazo mínimo de tres días y máximo de dos meses. Sin embargo, mediante resolución motivada del/de la presidente/a del tribunal, se puede ampliar el plazo del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.8. En el supuesto de que los/las aspirantes no estén de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida en algún ejercicio y quieran hacer una revisión, lo pueden solicitar en el plazo de cinco días a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de las puntuaciones provisionales de cada ejercicio, mediante la solicitud disponible en la sede electrónica de la UIB, dirigida al/a la presidente/a del tribunal, el cual contestará a la persona interesada. El tribunal tendrá un plazo de siete días para resolver las reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Lista de aprobados de la fase de oposición&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.1. Finalizados todos los ejercicios de la fase de oposición el tribunal hará pública la lista provisional de personas que la hayan superado, con indicación de la puntuación obtenida por orden de mayor a menor y con indicación del DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para efectuar las reclamaciones oportunas, las personas interesadas disponen de un plazo de cinco días, que se contarán a partir el día siguiente de la publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tribunal tendrá un plazo de siete días para resolver las reclamaciones. Una vez que se hayan resuelto las reclamaciones el tribunal hará pública la lista definitiva de personas aprobadas en la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Fase de concurso: valoración de méritos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.1. En el plazo de quince días que se contarán a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la lista definitiva de aprobados de la fase de oposición, los/las aspirantes que hayan superado esta fase tendrán que presentar telemáticamente la «solicitud de presentación de méritos», disponible en la sede electrónica en el apartado «Catálogo de procedimientos»: &amp;lt;https://seu.uib.cat/Cataleg-de-Procediments/&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los méritos alegados han de poseerse el día en que finaliza el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.2. Junto con la solicitud, las personas interesadas tienen que adjuntar el autobaremo de valoración de los méritos, mediante el formulario disponible en la sede electrónica de la UIB: &amp;lt;https://seu.uib.cat/Cataleg-de-Procediments/&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La presentación de los documentos acreditativos de los méritos alegados en el autobaremo se hará de acuerdo con las instrucciones que se publicarán junto con la lista definitiva de personas aprobadas en la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.3. A los efectos de preservar el principio de igualdad en el acceso a la función pública, habrá una oficina de asistencia en materia de registro para facilitar a las personas solicitantes la formalización de la solicitud de presentación de méritos y la justificación documental de los méritos alegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.4. El tribunal hará pública la lista provisional de valoraciones de la fase de concurso, en que se indicará la puntuación obtenida en cada apartado del baremo y la total, y se concederá un plazo de cinco días que se contarán a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación para poder hacer las reclamaciones y alegaciones que se estimen oportunas en relación con el baremo, mediante la solicitud disponible en la sede electrónica de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Finalizado el plazo, el tribunal publicará la relación con la valoración definitiva de la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.5. Obtenida la puntuación final por la suma de las fases de oposición y concurso, se efectuará la calificación final de los/las aspirantes por orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.6. El tribunal hará pública, en el espacio habilitado para convocatorias de selección de personal de la sede electrónica de la UIB, la lista definitiva de aspirantes que hayan superado el proceso selectivo y elevará al Rector de la Universidad, en el plazo máximo de cinco días que se contarán desde la publicación de la lista, la propuesta de nombramiento como funcionarios/as de carrera de los/las aspirantes que hayan obtenido más puntuación, en número que no exceda de las plazas convocadas, de acuerdo con lo que establece la base 6.13 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Presentación de documentos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11.1. En el plazo de quince días que se contarán a partir del día siguiente al día en que se hizo pública la lista definitiva de aspirantes que hayan superado el proceso selectivo, los/las opositores/as tendrán que presentar en el Servicio de Recursos Humanos, para su confrontación, original y fotocopia de los siguientes documentos acreditativos de los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria. Un vez cotejados se presentarán con una solicitud en el Registro General de la Universidad de las Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) DNI o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Título académico exigido en la base 2.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Declaración jurada o promesa de no haber sido separado/a, mediante expediente disciplinario, de ninguna administración pública ni encontrarse inhabilitado/a para el ejercicio de las funciones públicas, según el modelo que figura como anexo IV de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el caso de ser nacionales de otro estado, los/las opositores/as tienen que acreditar no encontrarse inhabilitados/as o en situación equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Nivel exigido en la base 2.1 de conocimientos de lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Certificado médico oficial de no sufrir enfermedad ni defecto físico o psíquico que imposibilite para el desarrollo de las funciones correspondientes, expedido por el órgano competente en materia de sanidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Los/Las aspirantes que hayan accedido por el turno de reserva tendrán que aportar certificación de la condición de discapacitado en un nivel igual o superior al 33% expedido por los órganos competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11.2. Las personas que tengan la condición de funcionarios/as de carrera están exentas de justificar documentalmente las condiciones y otros requisitos ya probados para obtener el anterior nombramiento, y tienen que presentar un certificado del ministerio u organismo del cual dependan para acreditar esta condición, con expresión del número y el importe de trienios, así como la fecha de su cumplimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11.3. Las personas que en el plazo fijado, y excepto casos de fuerza mayor, no presenten la documentación, o a las cuales, una vez examinada esta, se deduzca que carece de algún requisito de los señalados en la base 2.1, no podrán ser nombradas funcionarios/as de carrera y sus actuaciones quedarán anuladas, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad en que hayan incurrido por falsedad en la solicitud inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Adjudicación del puesto de trabajo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;12.1. El Servicio de Recursos Humanos publicará la relación provisional de la adjudicación, los/las opositores/as que no estén de acuerdo pueden hacer las reclamaciones que estimen oportunas en el plazo de los tres días siguientes a la publicación, presentando una solicitud en el Registro General de la UIB. Finalizado este plazo se publicará la relación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El puesto de trabajo adjudicado será irrenunciable, se considerará de carácter voluntario y no generará derecho a ningún tipo de indemnización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Nombramientos de funcionarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13.1. Finalizado el proceso selectivo, la persona que lo haya superado y aporte la documentación requerida en la base 11.1. y una vez que se adjudique el puesto de trabajo, será nombrada, por la autoridad convocante y a propuesta del tribunal calificador, funcionario/a de carrera, de la escala de técnicos superiores de cuerpos específicos de otros servicios de la Universidad de las Illes Balears mediante resolución que se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13.2. Publicado el nombramiento en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, la persona interesada tendrán un plazo de tres días para el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En los casos en los que la persona interesada lo solicite, y además lo justifique debidamente, el Rector puede conceder una prórroga del plazo para tomar posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Bolsa de trabajo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Acuerdo Normativo 12005/2016, del día 20 de septiembre, por el cual se aprueban los procedimientos de selección de funcionarios/as interinos/as y personal laboral temporal y se regulan los criterios generales de gestión de bolsas de trabajo del personal de administración y servicios de la Universidad de las Illes Balears, como consecuencia de la resolución del proceso selectivo, se constituirán las bolsas de aspirantes para ser nombrado empleado público temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Norma final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La fase de oposición está formada por los ejercicios que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Primer ejercicio&lt;/strong&gt; consiste en la realización de dos pruebas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Primera prueba: de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. Consistirá en responder por escrito un cuestionario tipo test de 120 preguntas con 4 respuestas alternativas de las cuales solo una es correcta, basadas en el contenido del temario, y se realizaran, preferentemente, en proporción al temario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se calificará de 0 a 45 puntos. Por cada respuesta errónea se restará una tercera parte del valor de una respuesta válida. Las preguntas no resueltas, tanto si figuran en blanco como si figuran con más de una respuesta, no se valorarán. Para poder pasar a la segunda prueba hay que tener un mínimo de 18 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tiempo para realizar este ejercicio será de 140 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Segunda prueba: de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. Consistirá en responder 8 preguntas por escrito de un total de 10 propuestas por el tribunal sobre el temario específico que figura como anexo II de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se calificará de 0 a 45 puntos. Se valorará el contenido de las respuestas, la claridad de la exposición y la capacidad de síntesis. Para poder superar la segunda prueba hay que tener un mínimo de 18 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tiempo para realizar este ejercicio es de 90 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para aprobar este ejercicio hay que obtener, entre la primera y la segunda prueba, como mínimo, 45 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Segundo ejercicio&lt;/strong&gt;: de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. Consistirá en una prueba práctica escrita. El tribunal planteará 4 supuestos prácticos. Cada aspirante elegirá y realizará 1 supuesto práctico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se calificará de 0 a 45 puntos, y para aprobarlo hay que tener un mínimo de 22,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tiempo para realizar este ejercicio es de 60 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Tercer ejercicio&lt;/strong&gt;: prueba voluntaria. Consistirá en la traducción al castellano o al catalán, sin diccionario, de un texto escrito en inglés, francés o alemán que facilitará el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se calificará de 0 a 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tiempo para hacer este ejercicio es de 60 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Para superar la fase de oposición habrá que lograr un mínimo de 67,5 puntos entre el primero y el segundo ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La nota definitiva de la fase de oposición se obtendrá sumando las notas obtenidas en el primer, segundo y tercer ejercicio. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2) Las siguientes actividades formativas se valorarán siempre que el tribunal considere que tienen relación con las funciones generales asignadas a los cuerpos del personal de administración y servicios de la UIB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;I) Actividades ofrecidas por otras unidades de la UIB, escuelas de administraciones públicas u otros organismos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;II) Actividades ofrecidas por empresas o entidades (sindicatos, organizaciones empresariales, etc.), siempre que cuenten con financiación pública (cursos impartidos en el marco de los acuerdos de formación continua con la Administración, Fundación Tripartita, Fondo Social Europeo, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;III)&amp;nbsp; Actividades ofrecidas por empresas o entidades que el tribunal considere que son de reconocido prestigio en la temática de la actividad formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;IV)&amp;nbsp; No se tendrá en cuenta ninguna actividad formativa de idiomas, a no ser que sean de aplicación relacionada con las funciones generales asignadas a los cuerpos del PAS de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
