es ![CDATA[Aprobación definitiva modificación Ordenanza Fiscal Reguladora del Precio Público para la Prestación del Servicio Escuela de Música]] CAIB 618472 2019-02-09 4560 2019-02-09 text/html CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%">No habiéndose presentado por los interesados, durante el plazo de exposición al público, ninguna reclamación contra la modificación de la Ordenanza Fiscal reguladora del precio público para la prestación del servicio de la Escuela de Música (BOIB Nº 139 de 15/12/2011 y BOIB N.º 192 de 24/12/2011), aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento Pleno, en sesión de día 31 de octubre de 2018, ha resultado definitivamente aprobado, y por este motivo, se publica el texto íntegro del mencionado acuerdo, que es el siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar provisionalmente la modificación de la Ordenanza Fiscal reguladora del precio público para la prestación del servicio de la Escuela de Música (BOIB N. 139 de 15/12/2011 y BOIB N. 192 de 24/12/2011), en el sentido siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>Artículo Único. Modificación de la Ordenanza Fiscal reguladora del precio público para la prestación del servicio de la Escuela de Música (BOIB N. 139 de 15/12/2011 y BOIB N. 192 de 24/12/2011)</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>Uno</strong>.
