V, página 1182, y que en la publicación citada se ha detectado un error material en la transcripción de la persona interesada, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y del artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Rectificar el error dectatado en sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dónde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Se pone en conocimiento del Sr. Joan Vidal Casas, en condición de interesado”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
