    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace público que durante el periodo de exposición pública del acuerdo de aprobación inicial de la modificación del reglamento del punto de información juvenil de Deià, adoptado en sesión plenaria de día 23 de noviembre de 2018, BOIB nº 155, de 11 de diciembre de 2018, no se ha presentado ninguna alegación, por lo cual se considera aprobado definitivamente, procediendo a la publicación del texto íntegro del mencionado Reglamento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“REGLAMENTO DEL PUNTO De INFORMACIÓN JUVENIL DEIÀ JOVEN DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE DEIÀ&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PREÁMBULO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La compilación de normas reunidas en este reglamento tiene como finalidad regular el funcionamiento y el uso del espacio que comprende el Punto de Información Juvenil (de ahora en adelante, PIJ) Deià Joven, regulado por la Carta Eryca, la Ley 10/2006 integral de la juventud y atendiendo a las características reguladas al Decreto 18/2011 que rige las actividades de tiempo libre infantiles y juveniles que se desarrollen al ámbito territorial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cualquier usuario, entidad, colectivo o grupo, sea o no de Deià, que quiera hacer uso de este espacio se guiará por el que se establece en este reglamento. Este reglamento estará permanentemente a disposición de cualquier que lo desee a la misma equipación y en la página web del ayuntamiento de Deià.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El acceso a las instalaciones supondrá la aceptación de las normas contenidas en este Reglamento, que restará en un lugar visible del centro.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTULO PRIMERO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;OBJETO, NATURALEZA Y ÁMBITO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El objeto de este reglamento es regular las condicionas de uso y funcionamiento del PIJ Deià Joven.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Joven es una equipación municipal que comparte espacio con la Biblioteca Municipal Joan Graves y tiene por objetivo ofrecer el espacio necesario porque se puedan desarrollar actividades cívicas, sociales, culturales, de información y de ocio, así como favorecer la participación ciudadana en aquellos asuntos de la comunidad que fomenten la difusión de valores y la convivencia asociativa de los jóvenes (12 a 35 años).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El acceso al servicio es libre, abierto a toda la ciudadanía joven y gratuito, sin perjuicio que para casos concretos se pueda acordar el establecimiento de una tasa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 2. Naturaleza jurídica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Joven estará al servicio de todos los usuarios y tendrá la consideración de bien de dominio público.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Su actividad resta asumida por el ente local como propia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 3. Ámbito territorial&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El ámbito territorial de este reglamento es el municipio de Deià.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Joven compartirá espacio con la Biblioteca Municipal Joan Graves en Vía Archiduque Luís Salvador s/n. El horario de atención al público será los sábados de 9.30 a 13.30h, sin perjuicio que pueda variar a causa de la realización de alguna actividad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTULO SEGUNDO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DE SU ORGANIZACIÓN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 4.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Joven es una equipación municipal que se organiza tal como establece este reglamento. La Concejalía de Juventud dirigirá la equipación, y podrá proponer modificaciones a este reglamento, recayendo en el Pleno de la Corporación la potestad de aprobarlo. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTULO TERCERO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;USO DE LOS ESPACIOS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 5.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La gestión del PIJ Deià Joven irá a cargo de la informadora juvenil que realizará las funciones de coordinación, información y dinamización. Esta tarea se realizará con la colaboración del departamento de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 6.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los servicios y actividades que se desarrollen al PIJ Deià Joven tienen que tener una finalidad cultural, cívica, educativa y social.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El contenido del servicio de información juvenil se estructura en los programas que se indican a continuación:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Programa de información y asesoramiento:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;EL ESCUCHADOR: Dar información a todos los jóvenes de forma gratuita, personal y confidencial. La información que se da es amplia, contrastada, plural y relativa a todos los intereses de los jóvenes. Este servicio está disponible, en PIJ Deià Joven, los sábados de 9.30 a 11.00 h con cita previa. El servicio que se desarrolla en este programa es información y asesoramiento sobre las siguientes áreas temáticas: ocupación, vivienda, educación y formación, asociacionismo, cultura y ocio, vivienda, oposiciones y voluntariado, información y mediación en temas de salud, prevención y sexualidad”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;FUENTES DE INFORMACIÓN: Es un espacio donde se cuelgan las informaciones, por una parte en apoyo papel a los portafulletons del PIJ Deià Joven y, por otra, en las redes sociales (facebook y instagram). Son una plataforma idónea para hacer llegar la información a la gente joven. Es una forma de dinamización de la información.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;PAPE (Punto de Acceso Público a Internet): Disponemos de cuatro ordenadores donde la gente joven pueda acceder en Internet de forma gratuita atendiendo al establecido al capítulo cuarto de este reglamento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;Formación: Tiene como objetivo fomentar el desarrollo de la formación profesional y personal de la juventud en educación no formal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PIJ Deià Joven tiene que ser un recurso a disposición de la juventud, por eso se ofrecen cursos, impartidos por empresas privadas u organismos públicos, porque puedan ampliar sus conocimientos o desarrollar sus habilidades sociales dentro de la educación no formal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;Ámbito de colaboración con asociaciones y otras entidades no lucrativas:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tiene como objetivo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;o Asesorar&amp;nbsp;a los jóvenes que decidan crear una asociación juvenil.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;o Fomentar&amp;nbsp;el asociacionismo, mediante actividades que faciliten la participación asociativa a nivel local.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;o Promover, difundir, estimular y acoger todo tipo de actividades impartidas por asociaciones o entidades juveniles socioculturales dirigidas a cubrir las necesidades de la ciudadanía en los ámbitos de comunicación, información, formación, ocio y tiempo libre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Actividades de ocio y tiempo libre:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tiene como objetivo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Fomentar actividades de ocio saludable y no consumista.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Ofrecer un espacio lúdico/recreativo en el cual la juventud pueda relacionarse y disfrutar de su tiempo de ocio.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Desarrollar las habilidades sociales fomentando actitudes de solidaridad, cooperación y tolerancia, entre otros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se dividirán en cuatro grandes grupos: lúdicas, culturales, concienciación y deportivas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A tal efecto, existirán dos modalidades de actividades:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Las que se lleven a cabo en el mismo espacio joven. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Las que se lleven a cabo fuera del espacio joven. Estas actividades consistirán en salidas con fines culturales, cívicas, educativas y sociales. Será imprescindible la autorización de los tutores legales en caso de menores. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los gastos originados por estas actividades irán a cargo de los usuarios, siempre y cuando no existan partidas presupuestarias en el efecto o subvenciones recibidas de las distintas administraciones. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 7.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quedan prohibidas expresamente todas las actividades que atenten contra los valores fundamentales de igualdad, libertad, tolerancia, convivencia y democracia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 8.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Deià podrá ejercer en cualquier momento las potestades de tutela e inspección adoptando las decisiones que sean adecuadas según este Reglamento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 9.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Joven podrá ser utilizado por jóvenes de edades comprendidas entre los 12 y 35 años.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los jóvenes de 11 años que cumplan los 12 años durante el año vigente, también podrán asistir a las actividades y utilizar las instalaciones y servicios del PIJ Deià Joven.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 10.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El personal municipal no se hace responsable de la información a la cual acceden los usuarios. Esta información tendrá el carácter de reservada y se garantizará el derecho a la intimidad de las personas usuarias. A tal efecto se destinará un tiempo y espacios adecuados semanales dentro del horario establecido en el artículo 6.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTULO CUARTO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;ACCESO A LAS NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 11.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Punto de Información Joven ofrece la posibilidad de utilizar las equipaciones informáticas para las tareas que se relacionan a continuación:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Acceso en Internet.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Investigación de información.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Uso de correo electrónico.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Uso de los programas OpenOffice.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 12.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Este servicio es de uso exclusivo para los jóvenes usuarios del PIJ Deià Joven.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 13.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dado que las equipaciones informáticas son limitados, los tiempos de utilización es también limitado. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 14.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se establece un plazo de 30 minutos para el uso de las equipaciones informáticas. El uso de los ordenadores, atendidas las limitaciones materiales, queda siempre y en todo caso condicionado para la prioridad del uso para investigación de información y tareas escolares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 15.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se puede prolongar el tiempo de utilización siempre que los equipos informáticos estén vacíos y el comportamiento del usuario sea el adecuado a las normas establecidas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 16.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el supuesto de que el ordenador tenga problemas, hay que avisar el personal encargado del servicio de información juvenil.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 17.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El personal del PIJ no se hace responsable de la información a la cual acceden los usuarios.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 18.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El personal del PIJ se reserva el derecho de finalizar las sesiones de acceso a los ordenadores en el supuesto de que no se&amp;nbsp; haga un buen uso.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTULO QUINTO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DERECHOS Y DEBERES DE LOS USUARIOS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 19. Derechos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cualquier usuario tiene los derechos siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A utilizar los diferentes espacios que componen el PIJ Deià Joven.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A encontrar en óptimas condiciones de salubridad e higiene el PIJ Deià Joven.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A ser tratado con respeto. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A la confidencialidad de sus datos personales y que estas no sean difundidas sin permiso de los usuarios.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A la privacidad de las comunicaciones. No obstante, el personal podrá controlar el acceso en páginas web de los menores de edad con la única finalidad de proteger los derechos de la infancia y juventud.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 20. Deberes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los usuarios y/o entidades tienen los deberes siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Respetar los horarios de apertura y cierre del PIJ Deià Joven.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Mantener el espacio neto de olores y de basuras: no se&amp;nbsp; puede comer ni fumar ni tomar bebidas ni ninguna sustancia estupefaciente. La concejalía de Juventud competente puede autorizar la comida y la bebida si el acto programado así lo requiere.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Tratar con respeto, corresponsabilidad y colaboración al resto de usuarios y al personal técnico.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguir en todo momento, las indicaciones del personal municipal responsable de la instalación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Ser respetuoso con los otros jóvenes, técnico y vecindarios: no gritar, ir correctamente vestido y permitir que todo el mundo disfrute de los recursos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- No entrar a las instalaciones con animales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- No está permitido entrar con bicicletas, patinetes o monopatines.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTULO SEXTO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;RÉGIMEN SANCIONADOR &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 21. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las sanciones no tendrán únicamente un efecto punitivo, sino que tendrán un carácter más integrador y positivo. La aplicación de sanciones tendrá que ser proporcional a la conducta del joven y contribuirá, en la medida que esto sea posible, al mantenimiento y la mejora del proceso educativo. Cuando se proceda a la aplicación de una sanción se tendrán que tener en cuenta las circunstancias atenuantes o agravantes del/s joven/s. No se descarta la posibilidad de pedir información y/o asesoramiento a otros profesionales. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 22.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las infracciones se clasifican en leves y graves. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Son infracciones o faltas leves las siguientes: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Alterar el normal funcionamiento de los talleres u otras actividades del PIJ Deià Joven. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Actas de incorrección o desconsideración con los dinamizadores/se y/o compañeros/se. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Fumar dentro del PIJ Deià Joven. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Consumir otros tóxicos dentro del centro. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) Deterioro leve de las dependencias, del material o de los objetos y las pertenencias otros jóvenes. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) Actas de indisciplina, injurias y ofensas leves contra los dinamizadores/se y/o compañeros/se. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Suplantación de la personalidad en actividades y la falsificación o sustracción de documentos y/o material. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Son infracciones o faltas graves las siguientes: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Reiteración de las faltas leves. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Actas graves de indisciplina, injurias u ofensas contra los dinamizadores/se y/o compañeros/se. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Agresión física o amenazas contra los dinamizadores/se y/o compañeros/se. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Deterioro, causado intencionadamente, de las dependencias, del material o de los objetos y las pertenencias de los educadores/se y/o compañeros/se. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) Los actos injustificados que alteren gravemente el desarrollo normal de las actividades. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) La incitación sistemática a actuaciones muy perjudiciales para la salud y la integridad personal de los compañeros/se. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Promover el consumo de drogas dentro del PIJ Deià Joven. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) Cualquier otra falta de las normas contenidas en el presente Reglamento no contemplada como falta leve. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el supuesto de que alguna infracción pudiera ser constitutiva de delito, se dará cuenta a la autoridad judicial competente. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 23. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Serán circunstancias atenuantes: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) El reconocimiento espontáneo por parte del joven de su conducta incorrecta. b) No haber cometido con intencionalidad faltas ni conductas contrarias a la convivencia del PIJ Deià Joven. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) La petición pública de excusas en los casos de injurias, ofensas y alteración del desarrollo de las actividades. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) La falta de intencionalidad. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) La reparación personal inmediata del daño. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Serán circunstancias agravantes: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Cualquier acto que atente contra el deber a no discriminar a ningún miembro de la comunidad por razón de nacimiento, edad, afinidad política, raza, sexo o por cualquier otra circunstancia personal o social. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Causar daños, injurias u ofensas a los compañeros. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) La premeditación y la reiteración. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Colectividad y/o publicidad intencionada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) Intencionalidad y/o ánimo de lucro. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 24.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sanciones: el informador juvenil podrá hacer hasta 3 avisos verbales al/s joven/s antes de considerar que se ha cometido una falta leve.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por la comisión de una falta tipificada como leve, el informador juvenil se entrevistará con el autor/s de la mencionada falta y se llegará a la confección de los "pactos reparadores" con compromiso verbal y/o escrito del joven a reparar los daños que se lo imputen (ya sean materiales, morales...). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Si se reitera la comisión de faltas leves y/o se incumplen los pactos reparadores, dará lugar a la imposición de una sanción de la suspensión del derecho a asistencia al PIJ Deià Joven por un periodo de entre 15 días y 3 meses con el compromiso escrito de reparación de daños firmado por el informador juvenil, el regidor de juventud, el departamento de Servicios Sociales, los padres y/o tutores legales y el joven/s autor/s de los hechos imputados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por la comisión de una falta tipificada como grave, dará lugar a la imposición de una sanción de la suspensión del derecho a asistencia al PIJ Deià Joven por un periodo de entre 3 y 6 meses con el compromiso escrito de reparación de daños firmado por el informador juvenil, el regidor de juventud, el departamento de Servicios Sociales, los padres y/o tutores legales y el joven/s autor/s de los hechos imputados. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La reiteración de faltas graves, dará lugar a la imposición de una sanción de la suspensión del derecho a asistencia al PIJ Deià Joven por un periodo de entre 6 meses y 1 año con el compromiso escrito de reparación de daños firmado por el informador juvenil, el regidor de juventud, el departamento de Servicios Sociales, los padres y/o tutores legales y el joven/s autor/s de los hechos imputados. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 25.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Procedimiento sancionador&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La imposición de la sanción se efectuará previa audiencia del joven y/o entidad responsable y/o de sus representantes legales, los cuales en el plazo de diez días podrán presentar las alegaciones que consideren oportunas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A la vista de estas actuaciones el instructor del expediente efectuará la correspondiente propuesta de resolución que contendrá la descripción de los hechos, la identificación de las personas responsables, las infracciones que estos hechos puedan constituir, con indicación de la normativa infringida y las sanciones aplicables. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La resolución del expediente e imposición de las sanciones corresponde al alcalde o persona en quien delegue. La sanción se notificará, además de a el interesado, a los tutores o responsables legales del joven en caso de ser menor de edad. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra la sanción impuesta se podrá interponer recurso de reposición ante el alcalde en el plazo de un mes a contar desde la notificación de la sanción.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 26.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Prescripción.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El plazo de prescripción de la infracción se inicia el día en que se comete. Las infracciones leves prescriben al jefe de tres meses y las graves al jefe de seis meses.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposición adicional. Derecho supletorio.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En todo aquello que no esté previsto en este Reglamento, habrá que regirse por el que disponga el Reglamento de uso de la Biblioteca Municipal “Joan Graves” del término municipal de Deià (BOIB núm. 77 de 18 de junio de 2016), sobre todo en el en lo referente a normas de régimen interior (artículo 5) y naturaleza de los servicios (artículo 6). Así mismo, también por el que disponga la legislación estatal, autonómica y local sobre gestión de servicios de los entes locales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposición final&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lo presente Reglamento, entrará en vigor a partir de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.” Su última publicación fue en el BOIB n.º 87 de fecha 18-06-2017.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
