MF- 587 y MF-591 ]] es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 28 de diciembre de 2018, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“1. Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma consistente en los cambios recogidos en las propuestas MF-587 y 591 que figura en el informe adjunto y se concretan en realizar un cambio de adscripción del puesto de trabajo de oficial de oficios diversos con código F60340047, en el sentido que la brigada logística del departamento de infraestructuras se elimina una expansión de este puesto y se crea el puesto de trabajo F60340077 oficial de oficios diversos en la brigada de circulación del servicio de ordenación del tránsito del departamento de movilidad.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">2.&nbsp; Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">3.&nbsp; Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra este acto administrativo, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede presentar recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación. En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.
