    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace público que el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sesión extraordinaria de día 17 de diciembre de 2018, de conformidad con las bases aprobadas en fecha 25.9.2017 y publicadas en el BOIB núm. 125 de 12.10.2017, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conceder a las entidades que se relacionan a continuación las siguientes ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Beneficiario: Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NIF: P0700001A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda: 4.614,59 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NIF: P0700200I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda: 4.960,23 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Motivo: Ayuda escuela municipal de música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se distribuyen un total de 50.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que no agota la via administrativa se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a partir del dia siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
