    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 21 de enero de 2019, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar inicialmente, de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 13 de la Ley 14/2000, de 21 de diciembre, de Ordenación Territorial, el Plan Director Sectorial de Equipamientos Comerciales de Menorca, con el objeto y el alcance que define la documentación técnica que se adjunta y forma parte de este acuerdo, y que se integra por la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Memoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Disponer la tramitación del Plan Director Sectorial de Equipamientos Comerciales de Menorca siguiendo el procedimiento establecido a la Ley 14/2000, de 21 de diciembre, de Ordenación Territorial y, en consecuencia, ordenar la apertura de un plazo de información pública de cuarenta y cinco días hábiles, de toda la documentación integrante del señalado Plan, mediante la publicación de anuncios en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en un diario de mayor publicación de la isla de Menorca, y al correspondiente portal web del Consell Insular de Menorca, para que cualquier persona o entidad pueda formular las alegaciones que estime pertinentes. En este trámite se incluye la puesta a disposición del público del proyecto del Plan Director Sectorial de Equipamientos Comerciales de Menorca y de toda la documentación ambiental en los términos que contemplan la Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de evaluación ambiental y la Ley 12/2016, de 17 de agosto, de evaluación ambiental de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO-&lt;/strong&gt; Solicitar el informe previsto en el artículo 13.1.c) en concordancia con el artículo 10.1.d) de la Ley 14/2000, de 21 de diciembre, de Ordenación Territorial, con relación al ámbito de las competencias respectivas, al Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, a todos los ayuntamientos de la isla y a la Delegación del Gobierno de la Comunidad Autónoma, que deberá que ser emitido en un plazo de dos meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Solicitar los informes sectoriales que sean oportunos de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Someter la documentación integrante del Plan Director Sectorial de Equipamientos Comerciales de Menorca, así como toda la documentación ambiental a los efectos previstos a la Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de evaluación ambiental y la Ley 12/2016, de 17 de agosto, de evaluación ambiental de las Islas Baleares, a consulta de las administraciones, órganos y entidades públicas y privadas afectadas, en conformidad con el contenido del documento de alcance formulado por la Comisión de Medio Ambiente de las Islas Baleares de día 12 de junio de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
