&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;A esta convocatoria podrán acogerse las empresas y agrupaciones de empresas, de naturaleza privada, que desarrollan su actividad en el ámbito territorial de las Islas Baleares. Asimismo también se podrán acoger las entidades y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro de carácter privado, con personalidad jurídica, que desarrollan su actividad en el ámbito territorial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para el ejercicio 2019 serán objeto de financiación las actuaciones que se hayan iniciado a partir del día 7 de junio de 2018, previstas en el artículo 6 de la presente convocatoria y que tengan por objeto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Favorecer modelos de economía circular, es decir, modelos que tengan como objetivo reducir tanto la entrada los materiales como la producción de residuos-, que cierren el ciclo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Implementar, ampliar o mejorar las instalaciones, incluyendo la compra de maquinaria, para la prevención, la reparación y la preparación para la reutilización de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las actuaciones se detallan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Reutilización de productos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Preparación para la reutilización de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Compostaje y otros procesos de transformación biológica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Regeneración y reciclaje de aceites y grasas comestibles usados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Orden del Consejero de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca de 3 de octubre 2017 (BOIB núm. 123/2017, de 7 de octubre), que establece las bases reguladoras de subvenciones para la financiación de inversiones relativas a la prevención, la reducción y la gestión de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El importe máximo que se destina a esta convocatoria es de setecientos mil euros (700.000 €), con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se debe presentar la solicitud de acuerdo con el modelo que se adjunta en el Anexo I, que está disponible en la página web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;lt;http://residus.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes y la documentación indicada es de 20 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. La presentación se realizará en el Registro de la Consejería de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca o por las vías que establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015 del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto: Otros datos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
