    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 14 de enero 2019, aprobó las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES PARA LA CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES PARA LOS PROYECTOS DE LAS ENTIDADES CULTURALES ASOCIATIVAS O ORGANIZATIVAS SIN ÁNIMO DE LUCRO DEL MUNICIPIO DE LLUBÍ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Finalidades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Llubí, en el ejercicio de sus competencias, quiere impulsar una política cultural propia a través de la colaboración de las entidades asociativas u organizativas sin ánimo de lucro, que integran el tejido cultural de nuestro pueblo, mediante la convocatoria de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Con esta convocatoria se pretende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- promover y fomentar entre la población diferentes aspectos de la cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- la dinamización, el impulso y la estimulación de nuestro tejido asociativo u organizativo cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pueden acogerse a esta convocatoria de subvenciones los proyectos culturales dirigidos a la colectividad oa un sector del público en general, llevados a cabo durante el año en curso, de acuerdo con los requisitos y condiciones que se indican en la base siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Quedan excluidos los proyectos culturales que ya estén subvencionados a través de otras convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias las entidades asociativas u organizativas sin ánimo de lucro con domicilio social en Llubí que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- estén legalmente constituidas e inscritas, de forma definitiva, en el registro pertinente, al finalizar el plazo de presentación de sol • solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- tengan dentro de su objeto social acercar, fomentar, dinamizar, etc., la cultura, en general, o determinados aspectos, en particular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No pueden ser beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las que incurran en alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13 de Lalle 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE núm. 276, de 18/11/2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las que no estén al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, CC..AA y el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta. Naturaleza de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las subvenciones de esta convocatoria son de carácter voluntario, eventual, anulables, revocables y reintegrables en todo momento por las causas previstas en la ley o en estas bases, además no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente. Asimismo, son compatibles con otras ayudas, subvenciones que pueda recibir el beneficiario siempre que haya una comunicación previa al ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta. Criterios para el otorgamiento de la subvención.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para la concesión de la subvención es imprescindible que el gasto justificado esté totalmente relacionada con la actividad cultural subvencionada y, además, se tendrán en cuenta los siguientes criterios, que serán objeto de la ponderación que también se indica (cumplimentar Anexo VI) :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Colaboración con actos organitzants por el ayuntamiento de Llubí (1 punto por acto; máx 10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Organización de actividades abiertas al público en general. Hasta 9 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Antigüedad y continuidad de las actividades que se llevan a cabo. (12:50 por año; máx 20 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Representatividad de la entidad (número de socios). (Número de socios x 0.1; máx 10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Colaboración con otras entidades sin ánimo de lucro. (Colaboración con otra entidad: 2 puntos; con 2 entidades: 3 puntos; a partir de 3: 5 puntos.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta. Principios y normas de valoración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones a las que se refiere estas Bases, se efectuará mediante el procedimiento establecido en las propias Bases, de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad, concurrencia y objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, garantizando la transparencia de las actuaciones administrativas .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las subvenciones que se conceden estarán sujetos a las siguientes normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) El otorgamiento tendrá carácter voluntario y eventual, sin que pueda invocarse como precedente las subvenciones concedidas en cualquier otro momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) El Ayuntamiento podrá revocar o reducir las ayudas como consecuencia de la alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión de la subvención y, en todo caso, la obtención concurrente de otras subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras Administraciones o entes públicos o privados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) No será exigible su aumento o revisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) El Ayuntamiento podrá comprobar en cualquier momento, por los medios que estime oportunos, la inversión de las cantidades otorgadas en relación con sus adecuados fines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Las cuentas presentadas en el caso de que tengan un superávit de más de un 15% se deberá presentar un plan de inversión de este superávit dentro del presente año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptima. dotación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La cuantía del presupuesto global incluido en los correspondientes créditos presupuestarios expresados ​​en el artículo 4º condiciona, sin posibilidad de ampliación, las obligaciones que se hayan contraído con cargo al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava. gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 31 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre de 2003, de la ley general de subvenciones - publicada en el BOE de 18 de noviembre de 2003 - es gasto subvencionable aquél que se haya llevado a cabo durante la temporalización prevista en la base segunda y responda a la naturaleza del proyecto cultural subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No son subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Inversiones, obras o cualquier otro bien inventariable de naturaleza similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Los gastos derivados de la utilización de los servicios complementarios ofrecidos por los establecimientos de alojamiento (alquiler de instalaciones, equipamientos, otros servicios, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Tampoco serán subvencionables los gastos de combustible, teléfono y suministros. Los gastos de alimentos y bebidas podrán suponer, como máximo, un 20% del total de los gastos justificables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Actividades y / o actos culturales donde el coste de las mismas ya haya sido abonado por el público o beneficiarios de estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El importe de estas subvenciones, conjuntamente con los ingresos a obtener y recursos propios a destinar a la actividad, no podrá superar el coste total de los proyectos a desarrollar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Como obligación de los beneficiarios, debe constar en los materiales de difusión y publicidad, la frase "con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Llubí."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava. Publicación de la convocatoria y de su resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La convocatoria y sus bases, así como su resolución, se expondrán en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y se debe colgar en la página web &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.ajllubi.net.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena. Solicitud y documentación adjunta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las solicitudes y las declaraciones que se exigen deben formalizarse, preferentemente, mediante los modelos que se facilitan por la concejalía de cultura del Ayuntamiento de Llubí. En estas bases pero, deben contener los datos necesarios para la correcta identificación de la entidad y de la persona que la representa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, el hecho de presentar una solicitud en esta convocatoria lleva implícita la autorización pertinente para que el Ayuntamiento pueda pedir a la Administración Estatal Tributaria los certificados pertinentes para comprobar si la entidad está al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias, en caso de que aquella deba ser beneficiaria de una subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se debe adjuntar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1) Modelo de solicitud (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2) Fotocopia del CIF de la entidad sol • tante y del DNI, NIF o NIE del representante legal de la entidad o de la persona autorizada que la firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3) Documentación acreditativa de la constitución de la entidad y de sus estatutos debidamente registrados. (No es necesario presentarla si se presentó en convocatorias pasadas y no ha habido cambios).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4) Certificación administrativa de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5) Declaración de no haber solicitado ninguna otra ayuda o subvención para éste y, en su caso, la relación de los soportes, de las subvenciones y de las ayudas solicitadas o concedidas, con indicación de los importes y de las entidades subvencionadoras (Anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6) Certificado bancario normalizado, acreditativo de la cuenta corriente o libreta en que se ingresará el importe de la subvención. (No es necesario presentarlo si ya se ha presentado, a menos que haya habido cambios.) (Anexo IV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7) Memoria económica. (Anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Relación de gastos e ingresos del proyecto cultural subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Facturas originales o de otros documentos (tickets hasta 90 €) con valor probatorio equivalente expedidas a nombre de la entidad subvencionada o, en determinados casos, a favor de un tercero y que deben tener todos los requisitos que exige la normativa correspondiente, como por ejemplo, datos fiscales identificativos de proveedor y del destinatario y fecha y número de factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décima. Plazo y lugar de presentación de las solicitudes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las Base se publicará en el BOIB y en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes&amp;nbsp;es de quince días naturales, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria, que será aprobada por Junta de Gobierno local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La solicitud, que deberá ir firmada por la persona que licite la subvención, deberá acompañarse de la documentación pertinente (en su caso, copias compulsadas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Undécima. Corrección de deficiencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;En caso de que la instancia o la documentación fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el órgano instructor tiene que requerir la rectificación o los documentos que falten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Si, en el plazo de 10 días naturales, la entidad interesada no hace la rectificación o no presenta los documentos requeridos, el Ayuntamiento de Llubí, después de haber tomado la resolución pertinente, considerará que desiste de su petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
