    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobada definitivamente la modificación de las bases de ejecución del presupuesto 2018, de conformidad con el artículo 169 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de Haciendas Locales aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo y el artículo 20 del Real Decreto 500/1990, de 20 de abril, se publica las modificaciones aprobadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Modificación del artículo 14 Ampliaciones de crédito, añadiendo la letra i) i j):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«i) Los créditos para gastos de honorarios a la ATIB, aplicación presupuestaria 9310/227.060 se ampliarán con los ingresos efectuados en el concepto 339.110 “Recargo de apremio”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;j) Los créditos para gasto de recogida de basura, aplicación presupuestaria 1621/227.060 se ampliarán con los ingresos efectuados en el concepto 399.000 “Otros ingresos diversos”.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Modificación del artículo 23 Gastos Plurianuales y expedientes de tramitación anticipada, añadiendo el punto 8:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“8. Además se consideran plurianuales los siguientes gastos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
