    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el 14 de septiembre de 2018, y en ejercicio de sus competencias, sobre la base de aquello propuesto (conforme a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), y el artículo 10.3 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, i en virtud del Decreto de Presidencia de 22 de junio de 2015, publicado en el BOIB número 109, de 18 de julio de 2015, mediante el cual se delegan atribuciones a la Comisión de Gobierno y el resto de atribuciones que le otorga la legislación vigente adoptó, por unanimidad, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Conceder las subvenciones dirigidas a casas regionales, asociaciones de inmigrantes y otras asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro en la isla de Formentera, para el año 2018. (BOIB n.º 77, de 9 de junio de 2018), en base al acta y al informe propuesta emitidos por la Comisión Técnica Evaluadora sobre la concesión de subvenciones dirigidas a casas regionales, asociaciones de inmigrantes y otras asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro en la isla de Formentera, para el año 2018, de fecha 11 de septiembre de 2018, que ascienden a un total de 4.000,00€ (cuatro mil euros), de conformidad con lo que establece el capítulo II de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y de acuerdo con los principios de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las administraciones públicas, al siguiente proyecto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Al proyecto denominado “Romería 2018”, presentado por la Asociación Cultural Andaluza de Formentera (ACAF&lt;span style="background-color:#f6f291"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;, con CIF G07877814, domicilio a Avda. Porto Saler s/n, CP 07860 de Formentera, solicitud hecha el 05/07//2018 con número de RGE 2018/17385. El importe otorgado asciende a 4.000,00€ (cuatro mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
