    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vista la Resolución de Presidencia, de fecha 21 de diciembre de 2018, en que se aprueba la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos de la convocatoria de selección, para la oferta de 2 plazas de funcionario/funcionaria de carrera de la categoría de Policía Local del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad con las Bases de la convocatoria publicadas en el BOIB núm. 133, de 25 de octubre de 2018, y de conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas interesadas dispondrán de 10 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la Resolución, para subsanar reparaciones y posibles reclamaciones e interponer recurso potestativo de reposición contra esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A continuación, se publica el texto íntegro de la Resolución en la que se aprueba la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos de la convocatoria de selección, para la oferta de 2 plazas de funcionario/funcionaria de carrera de la categoría de Policía Local del Consell Insular de Formentera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vistas las bases que regirán el acceso por el sistema de oposición a dos plazas de funcionario/funcionaria de carrera, categoría de Policía Local del Consell Insular de Formentera, BOIB núm. 133, de 25 de octubre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que este proceso selectivo se regirá por las determinaciones contenidas en esta convocatoria específica y por las Bases Generales de convocatorias de procesos de selección del Consell Insular de Formentera, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 46, de 5 de abril de 2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dada la documentación de los aspirantes que se ha tramitado según la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Visto que el pasado 21 de diciembre de 2018, se aprobó la lista provisional de aspirantes admitidos y que en la misma resolución se incluía la lista de aspirantes que debían subsanar documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado a que, transcurrido el plazo para realizar estas enmiendas, y en cumplimiento de la base 7.4 de las citadas bases, se dicta la presente resolución con la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, y por las competencias que tiene atribuidas la Presidencia según el Decreto de fecha 22 de junio de 2015 (BOIB núm. 109, de 18 de julio de 2015), modificado por los Decretos de Presidencia de fecha 11 y 12 de enero de 2017 (BOIB núm. 97, de 8 de agosto de 2017) en relación con el artículo 9.2.&lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. - CONVOCAR&lt;/strong&gt; los aspirantes admitidos y que no han acreditado el requisito del conocimiento de la lengua catalana, a realizar la prueba de lengua catalana correspondiente al nivel B2, el día 11 de enero de 2019, a las 12 horas, en la sala de plenos del Consell Insular de Formentera, ubicada en el edificio del Centro de Día, (Venda des Brolls s/n, 07860 San Francisco). El técnico encargado de realizar la prueba será el Sr. Carlos Torres Torres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO. - COMUNICAR&lt;/strong&gt; a los aspirantes que, a la finalización de la prueba de lengua catalana, el Presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera dictará resolución en la que se declarará apto o no apto de los aspirantes, además designará fecha, hora y lugar de las pruebas, y designará y nombrará a los miembros del tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEXTO. - INFORMAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; a los aspirantes admitidos, a efectos orientativos, que la previsión de la realización de las pruebas será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Día 16 de enero de 2019:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A las 9 horas se realizará la prueba de conocimientos tipo test.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;A las 12 horas se realizará la prueba de desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Día 17 de enero de 2019:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;A las 12 horas se realizará la prueba tipo test de conocimientos del término municipal y de las ordenanzas municipales e insulares del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Día 18 de enero de 2019:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A las 9 horas se realizarán las pruebas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO. – PUBLICAR &lt;/strong&gt;en el Boletín oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios del Consell Insular de Formentera y en la página web de la corporación,&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
