&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía de 15 de mayo de 2008 (BOIB nº72, de 24 de mayo) establece las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de energía en las Illes Balears, entre las que hay las de promoción del ahorro y la diversificación energéticas, la implantación de energías renovables, la mejora de la eficiencia energética y la generación de nuevas tecnologías con vistas a permitir un desarrollo más sostenible del uso de la energía, así como el fomento de actuaciones en transporte eficiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Consejería de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad tiene, entre los objetivos del Plan Director Sectorial Energético de las Illes Balears, aprobado definitivamente por el Decreto 96/2005, de 23 de septiembre, y publicado en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;número 143, de 27 de septiembre de 2005, la planificación de las actuaciones encaminadas a suministrar la demanda energética futura a cada una de las Illes Balears, ya sea con fuentes de energía convencionales como renovables y, al mismo tiempo, impulsar el ahorro y la racionalización del uso de la energía en cada uno de los sectores económicos, con el fin de minimizar, en la medida en que se pueda, el incremento de la demanda de energía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Govern de las Illes Balears apuesta por un proceso de implantación de la movilidad eléctrica en que el desarrollo del vehículo eléctrico supone un paso adelante hacia un modelo de economía medioambiental más sostenible, dado que la sustitución de los motores de combustión por vehículos eléctricos implica un ahorro de combustibles fósiles y una reducción de las emisiones de CO2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las Illes Balears son un territorio idóneo para el fomento del vehículo eléctrico, tanto por la singularidad geográfica, con distancias pequeñas y necesidad de optimizar los recursos energéticos, como por la vocación turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 30 de junio de 2017 (BOIB nº80, de 1 de julio de 2017) modificó diversas líneas de subvenciones previstas en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2017, entre ellas la que afecta a las ayudas para fomentar los vehículos eléctricos, híbridos y alimentados con gas GNC y GLP, destinadas a la adquisición o la transformación de vehículos (2017: 200.000&amp;nbsp;€; 2018: 300.000&amp;nbsp;€; 2019: 300.000&amp;nbsp;€).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por otra parte, el artículo 7.1 de la Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía de 15 de mayo de 2008 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de energía, establece que las subvenciones reguladas en esta Orden se concederán con sujeción a los principios de objetividad, transparencia, publicidad y concurrencia, y que, como regla general, el sistema de selección será el de concurso, a través de la comparación en un único procedimiento de todas las solicitudes presentadas, de conformidad con los criterios objetivos que establecen estas bases y los específicos que fijen las convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El artículo 7.3 de la Orden mencionada establece que, no obstante, la selección de las personas o entidades beneficiarias se podrá llevar a cabo por procedimientos que no sean el concurso cuando no sean necesarias la comparación y la prelación, en un único procedimiento, de todas las solicitudes entre sí. En estos casos, las solicitudes de subvención se podrán resolver individualmente, a medida que entren en el registro del órgano competente, aunque no haya acabado el plazo de presentación, de acuerdo con los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 17 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El objeto de la convocatoria es ayudar a la compra de vehículos con conductor (VTC) y autotaxis eléctricos puros, híbridos enchufables, alimentados con GLP o GNC y de bajas emisiones, ante la movilidad con combustibles más contaminantes (gasolina y gasóleo), por lo que ya están establecidos previamente unos criterios específicos en la convocatoria y se considera que todos los peticionarios tienen los mismos derechos, que no hacen falta la comparación ni la prelación y que está justificado que se haya optado por conceder las subvenciones de acuerdo con el orden de entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo lo que se ha expuesto, vistos los informes preceptivos, de conformidad con el artículo 5 de la Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía de 15 de mayo de 2008, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de energía de las Illes Balears, y el artículo 15 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y haciendo uso de las facultades que me atribuyen la Ley 4/2001, de 14 de marzo, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, y la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El objeto de esta Resolución es aprobar y regular la convocatoria pública de ayudas para el fomento de la movilidad urbana sostenible, con incidencia en el parque automovilístico de vehículos con conductor (VTC) y autotaxis que sean eléctricos puros, híbridos enchufables, alimentados con GLP o GNC, o de bajas emisiones, de acuerdo con el punto 4 de esta Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Las personas físicas, residentes en las Illes Balears, que sean titulares de una licencia de autotaxi o VTC expedida en el territorio de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Las personas jurídicas de derecho privado válidamente constituidas que estén dadas de alta en el impuesto de actividades económicas (IAE) y sean, además, titulares de una licencia de autotaxi o VTC expedida en el territorio de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No podrán ser beneficiarias de las subvenciones las personas, entidades o agrupaciones en que concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones y en la Ley 11/2006, de 28 de julio, de Igualdad de Mujeres y Hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Importe económico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El importe económico máximo de esta convocatoria será de 300.000,00&amp;nbsp;€. Las subvenciones se concederán con cargo al presupuesto de la Comunidad Autónoma para el ejercicio 2019 y, concretamente, con cargo en la partida presupuestaria 25601 731A01 77000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Esta convocatoria es tramita como expediente de gasto anticipado, y de acuerdo con el artículo 43.1 del Decreto 75/2004, de 27 de agosto, de desarrollo de determinados aspectos de la Ley de finanzas y de las leyes de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y quedará sometida a la condición suspensiva de la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en los presupuestos generales de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Siempre que la disponibilidad presupuestaria lo permita, se podrán incrementar los importes de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Actuaciones y gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.1. Se podrá recibir ayuda para la adquisición o transformación de vehículos nuevos eléctricos puros, híbridos enchufables con autonomía superior a los 40 km, alimentados con GNC o GLP, o de bajas emisiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Adquisición de vehículos nuevos con emisiones inferiores o iguales a 100 g CO2/km y 60 mg NOx/km.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Adquisición de vehículos nuevos alimentados con GLP o GNC o transformación de vehículos para ser alimentados con estos combustibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Adquisición de vehículos nuevos eléctricos puros o híbridos enchufables con autonomía superior a los 40 km.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.2. Las actuaciones objeto de la solicitud se ejecutarán y pagarán dentro del periodo que va desde el 1 de octubre de 2018 hasta el plazo que fije la resolución de otorgamiento, que no podrá ser posterior al 20 de setiembre de 2019, y computará como fecha de solicitud la fecha de entrada en el Registro de la Consejería de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad, en sus delegaciones o en cualquiera de los lugares que establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.3. El IVA será subvencionable siempre que el beneficiario no lo pueda recuperar o compensar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.4. No se considerará subvencionable la compra de vehículos mediante &lt;em&gt;leasing&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;renting&lt;/em&gt; ni ninguna otra fórmula de arrendamiento financiero en que los bienes no sean propiedad del beneficiario. No obstante, no hay inconveniente para que la batería se alquile, siempre que el beneficiario efectivamente compre el vehículo y, por lo tanto, sea de su propiedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.5. La actividad que se subvenciona se ejecutará en el ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.6 No serán subvencionables los vehículos que ya hayan recibido una ayuda en una convocatoria anterior de la Dirección General de Energía y Cambio Climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Solicitudes y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.1. Las solicitudes, dirigidas a la Consejería de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad según el modelo normalizado del anexo 1 de esta Resolución, se presentarán en el Registro de la Consejería, en sus delegaciones o en cualquiera de los lugares que establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, junto con la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. El anexo 1 de solicitud de subvención de esta convocatoria. La presentación de la solicitud supone que el interesado acepta las prescripciones contenidas en la correspondiente convocatoria y en la Orden de bases (BOIB nº 72, de 24 de mayo de 2008), como también que autoriza al órgano instructor del procedimiento para que, en su caso, obtenga de forma directa la acreditación de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social. En caso de que el solicitante deniegue expresamente la autorización, aportará un certificado de la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria y de la Tesorería de la Seguridad Social que justifique que está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y ante la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. La fotocopia del DNI/NIE/CIF o tarjeta de identificación fiscal del solicitante y en el caso de actuar mediante representante, poder bastante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. El anexo 2 de esta Resolución, rellenado adecuadamente en todos sus apartados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. La copia de la licencia municipal del autotaxi o de la licencia VTC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Los presupuestos y la documentación técnica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e.1)&lt;/em&gt; En el supuesto de que se adquiera un nuevo vehículo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La oferta técnica y económica de la empresa comercializadora del vehículo que se quiere adquirir o factura en caso de que ya se disponga del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La hoja de características técnicas del vehículo en que constarán los datos que permitan comprobar los requisitos de actuaciones que sean objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e.2)&lt;/em&gt; En el supuesto de una transformación del vehículo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La ficha técnica del vehículo antes de la reforma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La oferta técnica y económica de la empresa (taller autorizado) que reformará el vehículo o la factura en caso de que ya se haya realizado la reforma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Para la adquisición de vehículos nuevos de un importe superior a 15.000&amp;nbsp;€ (IVA excluido) se presentará el anexo 3 de esta convocatoria, incorporando, como mínimo, tres ofertas de diferentes proveedores anteriores a la compra del vehículo, a menos que por sus características especiales no haya en el mercado empresas suministradoras suficientes para poder llevarlo a cabo, o que el gasto se haya realizado anteriormente a la solicitud; en este último caso, se presentará la factura. La elección de las ofertas se realizará de conformidad con los criterios de eficacia y de economía, y habrá que justificarlo expresamente en caso de que la elección no haya recaído en la propuesta económica más ventajosa. Esta condición no se deberá cumplir en el caso de que el vehículo ya se haya adquirido en el momento de presentar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.2. Cuando el solicitante aporte en la solicitud un correo electrónico, se entenderá que acepta que se le practiquen las notificaciones por medios telemáticos con los efectos que determinan los artículos 40, 41 y 43 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.3. Si la documentación aportada no cumple los requisitos exigidos, se requerirá al solicitante para que en el plazo de diez días hábiles subsane la falta o aporte los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación de que, si no lo hiciera, se considerará que desiste de su solicitud, de acuerdo con el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, después de que se dicte una resolución previa en los términos que dispone el artículo 21 de la Ley mencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.4. Las personas o entidades solicitantes comunicarán inmediatamente al órgano competente para resolver cualquier variación de las condiciones o circunstancias señaladas en los anteriores apartados de este artículo, con las consecuencias que en cada caso correspondan, sin perjuicio de que también se puedan incorporar de oficio al expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.5. La Consejería, en cualquier momento, podrá solicitar a los interesados la documentación y la información complementaria que considere necesarias para resolver el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes se iniciará a partir del quinto día desde la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y finalizará&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;a los dos meses de haberse publicado, o hasta el posible agotamiento, en este período, de la cuantía económica asignada a esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si se agotaran los créditos destinados a la convocatoria antes de finalizar el plazo de presentación, se suspendería la concesión de nuevas ayudas mediante la correspondiente publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; de la resolución del&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Procedimiento para conceder las subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se resolverán individualmente a medida que entren en el registro del órgano competente, aunque no haya finalizado el plazo de presentación, hasta que se agoten los créditos destinados a la convocatoria y, si no es el caso, hasta que se resuelvan todos los expedientes presentados dentro del plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Competencia y resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.1. La Dirección General de Energía y Cambio Climático será el órgano competente para tramitar las solicitudes de ayudas de esta convocatoria. Una vez que los técnicos de esta Dirección General hayan determinado que las solicitudes están completas y son conformes con el contenido de esta Resolución, el director general de Energía y Cambio Climático emitirá una propuesta de resolución, que se comunicará a los interesados para que, en el plazo máximo de diez días, puedan alegar lo que consideren oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.2 La resolución expresa del&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad finalizará el procedimiento de concesión de la subvención. Esta se motivará y fijará, con carácter definitivo, la cuantía individual de la subvención concedida. Asimismo, la resolución especificará los aspectos siguientes: beneficiario, descripción e importe de la actividad que se subvenciona, cuantía, partida presupuestaria a la que se aplica, forma de pago, plazo para llevar a cabo la actividad, justificación de las actividades objeto de ayuda y plazos para presentar justificantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.3. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar las solicitudes será de seis meses a partir de la fecha de finalización del plazo para presentar las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.4. La resolución se notificará a los interesados, de acuerdo con el artículo 40 y siguientes de la Ley 39/2015, y se dictará y notificará en el plazo de seis meses desde la fecha de finalización del plazo para presentar las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Cuantía de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.1. La cuantía individual para cada actuación de las que se mencionan en el apartado 4 de esta Resolución del coste subvencionable será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Adquisición de nuevos vehículos VTC o autotaxis con emisiones inferiores o iguales a 100 g CO2/km y 60 mg NOx/km: 1.500&amp;nbsp;€ por vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Adquisición de nuevos vehículos VTC o autotaxis alimentados con GLP o GNC, o transformación de vehículos VTC o autotaxis para ser alimentados con estos combustibles: 800&amp;nbsp;€ por vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Adquisición de nuevos vehículos VTC o autotaxis eléctricos puros o híbridos enchufables con autonomía superior a los 40 km: el 50&amp;nbsp;% del coste (sin IVA) del vehículo, con un límite de 20.000&amp;nbsp;€ por vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.2. La subvención máxima por beneficiario no podrá ser superior a 20.000&amp;nbsp;€. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.3. En caso de que el beneficiario reciba otras subvenciones o ayudas para la misma actividad o tipo de actuación, el importe de las subvenciones que establece esta Resolución no podrá ser, en ningún caso, de tal cuantía que, de forma aislada o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.4 Los beneficiarios de esta convocatoria estarán sujetos a la norma de las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt;, que determina que el importe total de las ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; percibidas por una empresa no podrá ser superior a 200.000&amp;nbsp;€ durante cualquier periodo de tres ejercicios fiscales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Pago y justificación de actividades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.1. El pago de la subvención aprobada únicamente se podrá hacer efectivo una vez que se haya dictado la correspondiente resolución, se haya justificado suficientemente la realización de la actividad subvencionada y se haya acreditado el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se ha otorgado la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La documentación para justificarlo será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La solicitud de pago (anexo 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; La memoria de la actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas a la concesión de la subvención, con la indicación de las actividades realizadas y de los resultados obtenidos (anexo 6).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El documento fotográfico del vehículo objeto de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; La memoria económica justificativa del coste de las actividades realizadas, que incluirá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1º. Una lista clasificada de los gastos de la actividad, con la identificación del acreedor y del documento, el importe, la fecha de emisión y la fecha de pago (anexo 5). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2º. Las facturas originales o los documentos de valor probatorio equivalentes en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa que justifiquen los gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3º. El justificante de pago. Los justificantes se acreditarán de alguna de las siguientes maneras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Fotocopia del justificante de la orden de transferencia bancaria o documento bancario acreditativo del pago, en el que figurarán: la fecha del documento, el importe y la identificación del concepto, a fin de que quede identificado el pago de la factura; así como los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que coincidirán con el beneficiario y con el emisor de la factura, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Copia del cheque nominativo o pagaré nominativo, siempre que esté vencido, con el extracte bancario correspondiente del beneficiario de la ayuda en el que figurará el cargo de este cheque o pagaré. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstante, para las facturas inferiores a 500&amp;nbsp;€ (IVA incluido) será suficiente justificante el recibo de pago firmado por el proveedor. No se admitirán facturas justificativas inferiores a 100&amp;nbsp;€ (IVA incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4º. Una lista detallada de otros ingresos o subvenciones, con la indicación del importe y de la procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.2. Documentación técnica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Para adquirir vehículos nuevos de GNC o GLP:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— El certificado de emisiones del vehículo (en lo referente a GNC o GLP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La ficha técnica en que se incluirá el equipo de GNC/GLP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La fotocopia del certificado del taller de instalación en caso de transformación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La ficha técnica en que se incluirá el equipo de GNC/GLP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— El permiso de circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Para adquirir nuevos vehículos eléctricos puros, híbridos enchufables o de bajas emisiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La ficha técnica de características del vehículo, donde figuren los valores de emisiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— El permiso de circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.3. En caso de que el expediente de pago no tenga la documentación necesaria para comprobar la justificación y la aplicación de la subvención, el órgano competente solicitará al beneficiario que subsane los defectos de la justificación dentro de los diez días desde el día siguiente de haber recibido el requerimiento de subsanación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.4. La resolución de otorgamiento de la subvención fijará el plazo concreto para justificar la realización de las actividades subvencionadas, que en ningún caso podrá ser posterior al 20 de setiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.5. En el supuesto de que no se haya justificado totalmente la realización de la actividad subvencionada, pero se haya cumplido, aunque parcialmente, la finalidad para la que se concedió la subvención, esta se minorará proporcionalmente en aquello que no se haya justificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.6. Toda alteración de las condiciones que se hayan tenido en cuenta para conceder la subvención y, en todo caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones o entes, públicos o privados, nacionales o internacionales, podrá dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.7. La falta de justificación en los términos y los plazos que establezca la resolución de otorgamiento de la subvención, la modificación del proyecto presentado sin que esta Consejería la haya aprobado previamente, como también la desviación de las subvenciones o la aplicación diferente a lo que establece la norma, determinarán la revocación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.8 Aquellos solicitantes que ya hayan adquirido el vehículo o hayan realizado la transformación objeto de la subvención en el momento de la presentación de la solicitud podrán presentar de forma conjunta la documentación prevista para la solicitud (apartado 5) y la documentación para el pago y la justificación (apartado 10).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los beneficiarios quedarán obligados a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Llevar a cabo la actividad o la inversión o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Justificar la realización de la actividad, como también el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones que determinaron la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y de control financiero que lleven a término los órganos competentes, y aportar toda la información que le sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar al órgano que la concede o, en su caso, a la entidad colaboradora la solicitud o la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad. Esta comunicación se realizará en el plazo de tres días hábiles desde la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la aplicación que se haya dado a los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditar, en la forma que se establezca reglamentariamente y antes de dictar la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias i de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, y de las obligaciones tributarias ante la hacienda autonómica. En todo caso, la acreditación a la que se refiere el párrafo anterior se podrá substituir por una declaración responsable del solicitante cuando se trate de subvenciones de cuantía igual o inferior a 3.000&amp;nbsp;€. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Dejar constancia de la percepción y la aplicación de la subvención en los libros de contabilidad o en los libros de registro que, en su caso, deba llevar el beneficiario de acuerdo con la legislación mercantil o fiscal que le sea aplicable y en las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control, por un período de tres años a partir del 31 de diciembre siguiente al cierre de las cuentas en que estén incluidos los gastos de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Adoptar las medidas de difusión a que se refiere el apartado 4 del artículo 34 de del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Destinar el importe de la subvención a la financiación de la actuación para la que se haya solicitado y mantener la afectación de las inversiones a la actividad subvencionada, en la forma y en los plazos que establezca la convocatoria y, en su caso, la correspondiente resolución o sus modificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar al órgano que concede la subvención la modificación de cualquier circunstancia que afecte a alguno de los requisitos exigidos para la concesión de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;12. Normativa de aplicación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La convocatoria se rige por lo que disponen esta Resolución, la Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía de 15 de mayo de 2008, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de energía en las Illes Balears, y el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;13. Tramitación telemática&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Acepto, íntegramente, las condiciones de la convocatoria; declaro que todos los datos son ciertos y, además, facilitaré todas las actuaciones de control posibles que se desarrollen para comprobar la correcta realización del objeto de estas ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
