&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión de carácter extraordinario de 21 de diciembre de 2018, aprobó el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;proyecto de Presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca para el año 2019, que está integrado por el propio, por el de sus organismos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;autónomos, Instituto Menorquín de Estudios y Consejo Económico y Social de Menorca, por el del Consorcio de Residuos y Energía de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Menorca, por el del Consorcio para la Protección de la Legalidad Urbanística en Suelo Rústico de la Isla de Menorca, por el del Consorcio&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Sociosanitario de Menorca y por la previsión de ingresos y gastos del Instituto de la Juventud de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;El expediente con toda la documentación que lo integra, permanecerá en exposición pública en la Intervención del Consejo Insular de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Menorca (Plaza de la Biosfera núm. 5 de Maó). Asimismo, se podrá consultar el proyecto de presupuesto en la página web del CIM (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;www.cime.es) y en las dependencias administrativas del CIM en Ciutadella (Plaza de la Catedral núm. 5 de Ciutadella).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas interesadas en el expediente que estén legitimadas según lo dispuesto en los artículos 63.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;reguladora de las bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 170 del texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;RD Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, y por los motivos taxativamente enumerados en el apartado segundo del mencionado artículo 170,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;pueden presentar reclamaciones y sugerencias durante el plazo de los quince días hábiles siguientes al de la publicación del presente edicto en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. En caso de que no se presenten, el Presupuesto general del CIM se considerará aprobado&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;definitivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
