    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Día 18.12.2018 se ha resuelto por parte de la Regidora del Área Delegada de Seguridad Ciudadana mediante Decreto AJT 201825751 el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decreto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1º&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Nombrar como primer vocal titular del Tribunal calificador de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; pruebas selectivas de 12 plazas de BOMBERO/A del Cuerpo de Bomberos del Ayuntamiento de Palma por el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sistema de turno libre y por el sistema de selección de oposición libre, designado por sorteo de fecha 28.11.2018, al señor Luis M. Ortega Ballester, en sustitución del señor Alejandro Bergas Ribas debido a que tiene una causa legal de abstención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quedando finalmente la composición del tribunal de la oposición de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El secretario/a, será designado por votación de todos los miembros de entre los vocales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Publicar este Decreto en el BOIB y en la web municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; www.palma.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede presentar recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente de la publicación. En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición. El recurso de reposición potestativo deberá presentarse en el Registro General de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, antes mencionada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no se haya resuelto y notificado la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente de su interposición, y en este caso expedita la vía contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 antes mencionado y lo dispuesto en la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa , ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo o la Sala Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, según las competencias determinadas por los artículos 8 y 10 de la Ley 29/1998, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación, todo ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere conveniente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
