    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En fecha 14 de noviembre de 2015 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 168 la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 13 de noviembre de 2015, por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en la transformación y la comercialización de productos agrícolas. Esta Resolución fue modificada por la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA, de 25 de noviembre de 2015, publicada en el BOIB núm. 150, de 29 de noviembre de 2015, por la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA, de 22 de julio de 2016, publicada en el BOIB núm. 95, de 28 de julio de 2016, y por la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA, de 20 de febrero de 2018, publicada en el BOIB núm. 23, de 20 de febrero de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Desde la publicación de la convocatoria hasta ahora se ha podido comprobar que la medida tiene una fuerte incidencia en el sector productor y que es una medida eficaz para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos en el Programa de desarrollo rural. Con todo, la experiencia de la gestión durante los tres años de vigencia y la necesidad de profundizar en el objetivo estratégico de incrementar la dimensión del sector comercializador y transformador de productos agrarios han hecho notar que los límites de inversión auxiliables propuestos en la convocatoria pueden resultar bajos en determinadas inversiones. Así, es necesario para mejorar la eficacia de la medida y para alcanzar mejor los objetivos, eliminar los límites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Al mismo tiempo, en la convocatoria inicial no se publicó en el BOIB el anexo IV de tipificación de incumplimiento de los compromisos, que, siguiendo las indicaciones de la Comisión Europea, se tipificaron de acuerdo con los principios de gravedad, alcance y persistencia, y es oportuno publicarlo de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad y transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de las competencias que tengo atribuidas y a propuesta del director gerente del FOGAIBA, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modificar la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 13 de noviembre de 2015, por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en la transformación y la comercialización de productos agrícolas, para la segunda convocatoria de 2018 y siguientes en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Eliminar el punto 2 del apartado quinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Añadir el anexo IV, de reducciones y exclusiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO IV&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REDUCCIONES Y EXCLUSIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Reducciones con motivo de los controles de admisibilidad de los gastos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los pagos se calcularán sobre la base de los importes que se consideren admisibles después de los controles administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural examinará la solicitud de pago que presente el beneficiario y determinará los importes admisibles. Además, fijará:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El importe que se debe pagar al beneficiario en función de la solicitud de pago y la resolución de concesión. En caso de que el primero sea superior al segundo, el importe solicitado se ajustará al límite de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El importe que se debe pagar al beneficiario después del examen de admisibilidad del gasto que figure en la solicitud de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el importe que se fija de acuerdo con la letra &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; supera el importe que se fija de acuerdo con la letra &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; en más de un 10%, se aplicará una reducción al importe que se fija en la letra &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;. El importe de la reducción será igual a la diferencia entre los dos importes, pero no será superior al importe solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Reducciones en el caso de incumplimiento de criterios de admisibilidad, así como de obligaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. Aspectos generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En este apartado se incluyen las penalizaciones detectadas en controles no financieros de admisibilidad (administrativos y sobre el terreno), controles específicos, controles &lt;em&gt;a posteriori&lt;/em&gt; y cualquier otro que se realice en la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dentro de los criterios de admisibilidad y compromisos se pueden diferenciar los siguientes tipos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Compromisos excluyentes (CE): aquel incumplimiento que no respeta los criterios y/o requisitos que se establecen para la concesión y, si procede, el mantenimiento de la ayuda. Este incumplimiento tiene asociada una sanción del 100% de la ayuda, su exclusión y, cuando proceda, se solicitará el reintegro de los importes percibidos en años anteriores. En caso de compensación con pagos futuros, si estos importes no se pueden recuperar íntegramente en los tres años naturales posteriores a aquel en que se ha descubierto el incumplimiento, se cancelará el saldo pendiente. En caso de incumplimiento grave, falsedad, intencionalidad y negligencia, el beneficiario quedará excluido de la medida durante el año natural de que se trate y del siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Compromisos evaluables (CV): en función de la gravedad, el alcance y la persistencia del incumplimiento observado. Estos compromisos evaluables se clasifican como:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Compromiso básico (CB): aquel compromiso cuyo incumplimiento implica consecuencias relevantes para los objetivos perseguidos por la medida en cuestión y estas repercusiones duran más de un año o es difícil ponerles fin con medios aceptables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Compromiso principal (CP): aquel compromiso cuyo incumplimiento implica consecuencias importantes para los objetivos perseguidos por la medida en cuestión y estas repercusiones duran menos de un año o es posible ponerles fin con medios aceptables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Compromiso secundario (CS): aquel que no se ajusta a las definiciones anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. Reducciones por incumplimiento de criterios de admisibilidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se entienden por criterios de admisibilidad aquellos requisitos vinculados a la concesión de la ayuda, y se tipifican como excluyentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3. Reducciones por incumplimiento de compromisos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se entienden por compromisos las obligaciones definidas en el apartado décimo de la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los compromisos de la línea de ayuda de subvenciones para inversiones en la transformación y la comercialización de productos agrícolas están tipificados de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Realizar las inversiones o actividades auxiliadas durante el plazo establecido y justificar los gastos relacionados con la inversión para la recepción de los fondos comunitarios en los términos y plazos determinados en esta Resolución. Este compromiso se entiende cumplido con la ejecución del 50% de las inversiones. &lt;strong&gt;CB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mantener las inversiones realizadas durante al menos cinco años, contados desde la fecha de pago de la ayuda. La tipificación del compromiso se aplicará a la parte de subvención proporcional al plazo incumplido.&lt;strong&gt; CB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cumplir las normas comunitarias aplicables a la inversión y, en especial, las relativas a la durabilidad de las operaciones que prevé el artículo 71 del Reglamento (UE) núm. 1303/2013 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 17 de diciembre de 2013. La tipificación del compromiso se aplicará a la parte de subvención proporcional al plazo o norma incumplidos.&lt;strong&gt; CB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Someterse a los controles que lleve a cabo la Administración, necesarios para comprobar la concesión correcta de la ayuda y el mantenimiento posterior de los compromisos. &lt;strong&gt;CB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Adoptar las medidas que sean necesarias para proporcionar información al público y hacer publicidad. &lt;strong&gt;CS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mantener los requisitos y las condiciones exigibles respecto al beneficiario a los que hace referencia el apartado tercero de esta Resolución. &lt;strong&gt;CB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las sanciones y exclusiones por incumplimientos de compromisos evaluables son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. COMPROMISOS BÁSICOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 100% de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. COMPROMISOS PRINCIPALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Primer año de incumplimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Un compromiso incumplido: 25% de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Dos o más compromisos incumplidos: 50% de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Segundo año o más de incumplimiento: 50% de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. COMPROMISOS SECUNDARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Primer año de incumplimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Un compromiso incumplido: 2% de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Dos o más compromisos incumplidos: 10% de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Segundo año o más de incumplimiento: 10% de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. EXCLUSIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Solo en casos de incumplimiento grave, falsedad, intencionalidad y negligencia se solicitará el reintegro de los importes de años anteriores. En caso de compensación con pagos futuros, si estos importes no se pueden recuperar íntegramente en los tres años naturales posteriores a aquel en que se ha descubierto el incumplimiento, se cancelará el saldo pendiente. Además, el beneficiario quedará excluido de la misma medida durante el año natural en que se haya detectado el incumplimiento y el año natural siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando los beneficiarios no hayan podido cumplir sus compromisos por motivos de fuerza mayor o circunstancias excepcionales, conservarán el derecho a la ayuda en el momento en que se haya producido el caso de fuerza mayor o la circunstancia excepcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cualquier caso, será de aplicación lo dispuesto en las circulares de coordinación que dicte la autoridad de coordinación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando los beneficiarios no hayan podido cumplir sus compromisos por motivos de fuerza mayor o circunstancias excepcionales, conservarán el derecho a la ayuda en el momento en que se haya producido el caso de fuerza mayor o la circunstancia excepcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Esta Resolución se debe notificar a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y se debe publicar, junto con la corrección de su extracto, en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
