    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 27 de marzo del 2018 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 38 la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA por la que se convocan, para los años 2018-2020, ayudas para la eficiencia energética y la mitigación del cambio climático.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez publicada, se han detectado unos errores en el punto 1 del apartado tercero de beneficiarios; en el punto 1 del apartado cuarto, que establece las actuaciones subvencionables; en el apartado quinto de cuantía de las ayudas, y en la numeración de algunos apartados, por lo que se considera necesario modificar la Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo 6.1.&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt; del Decreto 64/2005, de 10 de junio, de creación del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), y a propuesta del director gerente del FOGAIBA, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se modifica la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA, de 19 de marzo de 2018, por la que se convocan, para los años 2018-2020, ayudas para la eficiencia energética y la mitigación del cambio climático, publicada en el BOIB núm. 38, de 27 de marzo del 2018, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El punto 1 del apartado tercero queda redactado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“1. Pueden ser beneficiarios de las ayudas que prevé esta convocatoria los propietarios de barcos pesqueros que en la fecha de plazo de solicitudes cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que tengan su puerto base en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que estén inscritos y dados de alta en el censo de la flota pesquera operativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que tengan 5 años o más de edad. El cálculo de la edad del barco con respecto a esta ayuda se realizará entre la fecha del primer certificado de navegabilidad y la fecha del plazo de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que pertenezcan a un segmento de flota que esté en equilibrio, de acuerdo con el informe de capacidad pesquera vigente, al cual se refiere el artículo 22.2 del Reglamento (UE) núm. 1380/2013 PPC.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se suprime el punto 2 del apartado tercero, que queda fuera de contenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El punto 1 del apartado cuarto queda redactado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“1. Las inversiones objeto de ayuda deben destinarse a la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;sustitución o modernización de motores principales o auxiliares, siempre que cumplan las condiciones establecidas en el siguiente punto.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El apartado quinto queda redactado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“1. La cuantía de las ayudas que deben recibir los beneficiarios será la correspondiente a la aplicación del 30% sobre la inversión auxiliable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En ningún caso el importe de la ayuda puede superar el coste de la actividad que se realizará.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Sin perjuicio de lo que dispone el artículo 25.3 del Reglamento FEMP para la sustitución o la modernización de motores, no puede superar los siguientes límites:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 1.500.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 3% de la ayuda financiera de la Unión Europea asignada por el Estado a las prioridades de la Unión que establece el artículo 6, apartados 1, 2 y 5 del Reglamento FEMP”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
