    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 29 de noviembre de 2018, tomó entre otros el siguiente&amp;nbsp; acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“6.- EXPEDIENTE 948/2018. COMPLEMENTO ESPECÍFICO.- La Alcaldesa, Sra. Maria Ramon Salas, da lectura a la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;PROPUESTA DE ALCALDIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Examinada la propuesta de incremento del complemento específico del puesto de trabajo de Jefe de Brigada y arquitecto/a técnico/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Considerando que se ha realizado la oportuna valoración del puesto de trabajo y que el incremento está justificado en el incremento de las funciones a desarrollar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Resultando que la mencionada modificación reviste carácter urgente por cuanto no puede demorarse su aprobación hasta el próximo ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Resultando que el principio de buena administración exige una adaptación continúa de la organización a los cambios producidos de forma que la misma reproduzca una imagen fiel de la realidad económica y organizativa subyacente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Considerando que la modificación de la RPT no puede suponer aumento global de las retribuciones complementarias ni de la demasiada salarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Considerando que la aprobación de la RPT y, consiguientemente, de sus modificaciones, corresponde al Ayuntamiento Pleno, en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 22.2.y) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local –LRBRL-, sin que tal atribución pueda ser objeto de delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Considerando que la propuesta de modificación ha sido objete de negociación previa en Mesa de negociación, por aplicación de aquello dispuesto a los artículos 34 y 37.1.c) del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público –TREBEP-, aprobado por Real decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, habiéndose llegado al acuerdo con las organizaciones sindicales por unanimidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Considerando que la propuesta de modificación no afecta la plantilla aprobada junto con el Presupuesto municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con esto, y según las disposiciones legales vigentes, PROPONGO al Ayuntamiento Pleno la adopción del presente ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Incrementar el complemento específico del Jefe de Brigada y Arquitecto/a técnico/a en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
