&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de mayo de 2018 (BOIB nº. 67, de 31 de mayo), modificada por la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 29 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 81, de 30 de junio), y con convocatoria específica por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 26 de septiembre de 2018 (BOIB nº. 121, de 2 de octubre) se convocó un concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de &amp;nbsp;la categoría de facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de farmacia hospitalaria del Sector Sanitario de Llevant del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 19 de noviembre de 2018 (BOIB nº. 146, de 22 de noviembre) se aprobaron las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría&amp;nbsp; de facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de farmacia hospitalaria del Sector Sanitario de Llevant del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez agotado el plazo para presentar reclamaciones o para reparar los defectos apreciados de acuerdo con la base 4.2 de la convocatoria, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aprobar las listas definitivas de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de farmacia hospitalaria del Sector Sanitario de Llevant del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares convocado por la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de mayo de 2018 a que se refiere el punto 1 del apartado “Hechos”. En la lista definitiva de admitidos figuran su nombre, apellidos y número del documento de identidad, y en la lista definitiva de excluidos figura también la causa de su exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares,&lt;/em&gt; en la web &amp;lt;www.ibsalut.es&amp;gt;, y en el tablón de anuncios de los Servicios Centrales del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta resolución —que agota la vía administrativa— puede interponerse un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala Contencioso-Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. También puede interponerse cualquier otro recurso que se considere procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstante, los interesados pueden optar por interponer un recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación. En este caso no se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya dictado una resolución expresa o presunta sobre el recurso de reposición, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
