    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, en fecha 07 de noviembre de 2018, ha adoptado la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NOMBRAMIENTO DE ALCALDE ACCIDENTAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que el Alcalde debe ausentarse de la Isla durante los días 14 a 17 de diciembre de 2018, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado el Art. 47 en relación a los artículos 43, 44.1 y 44.2 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF), que regulan las delegaciones de las atribuciones del Sr. Batlle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se resuelve:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar las funciones de la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Es Castell en el Primer Teniente de Alcalde, el Sr. Florencio Conde Camaros, los días 14 a 17 de diciembre de 2018, ambos inclusive, de acuerdo con el artículo 43 del ROF, sin prejuicio de la reasunción de funciones en caso de reincorporación anticipada del Sr. Batlle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Trasladar la presente Resolución a los interesados, a los grupos municipales y a las áreas y servicios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la presente Resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
