Ametller Pons, Alcalde del Excmo. Ayuntamiento des Mercadal hace saber que contra el acuerdo adoptado en sesión plenaria extraordinària celebrada el día 14 de noviembre de 2018, relativa a la aprobación del expediente de modificación presupuestaria número 18/2018; mediante crédito extraordinario,&nbsp; suplemento de crédito y transferéncias de crédito , no se han presentado alegaciones por lo que se considera definitivamente aprobada.&nbsp; A continuación, de acuerdo con el que dispone el Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo, reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se transcribe la modificación presupuestaría según el desglose siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
