    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Por el presente, se corrigen los errores de transcripción advertidos en el anuncio publicado en el BOIB núm. 152 de 4 de diciembre de 2018, edicto 12446, por lo que afecta a los artículos 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 21 y 22 del anexo del acuerdo de aprobación definitiva del Precio público por prestación de servicios, actividades deportivas y uso de la infraestructura deportiva de titularidad pública municipal, concepto 341,03:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Donde decía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tipos de abono&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Abono&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;familiar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se entiende como unidad familiar la formada por una pareja de hecho, un matrimonio o un adulto, incluidos hijos menores de 18 años en el momento de pagar el abono. Para beneficiarse del precio de empadronado, todos los miembros de la familia han de estar empadronados en Palma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documentación que se ha de presentar: libro de familia o certificado de pareja de hecho y DNI de los adultos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cualquier otra documentación que acredite la unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Abono individual:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Adulto mayor de edad (18 años o más en el momento del pago) y menores con la autorización previa del padre/madre o tutor legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sistema PAD (programa de actividades dirigidas):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Da derecho a la utilización a determinadas actividades programadas en las instalaciones en las que esté disponible esta modalidad. También permite utilizar los espacios reservados a los abonados a todas las instalaciones. Sólo se puede optar al PAD a partir de los 15 años. Los menores de 18 años deben presentar autorización del padre/madre o el tutor/tutora y fotocopia del DNI de quien lo autoriza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acceso para técnicos y deportistas de clubs federados (ATEC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este acceso va vinculado a los deportistas y técnicos de los clubs que tienen reserva de espacio de temporada, de acuerdo con el artículo 20.7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Duración del abono y otros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Abono individual o familiar: anual, semestral (seis meses consecutivos), trimestral (tres meses consecutivos), mensual (mes natural).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Abono del PAD: es trimestral (tres meses consecutivos), bimestral (dos meses consecutivos) y mensual (mes natural).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acceso ATEC: anual, semestral (seis meses consecutivos), trimestral (tres meses consecutivos), mensual (mes natural)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1 Para esta tramitación será obligatorio adjuntar una declaración responsable con un listado nominal, firmada por el presidente y por el secretario del club, confirmando que todos los deportistas cumplen los requisitos de tener licencia federativa o estar inscritos en el deporte escolar del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se entiende, en todos los casos, dentro del año natural. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Duración del abono y otros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1 Para esta tramitación será obligatorio adjuntar una declaración responsable con un listado nominal, firmada por el presidente y por el secretario del club, confirmando que todos los deportistas cumplen los requisitos de tener licencia federativa o estar inscritos en el deporte escolar del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se entiende, en todos los casos, dentro del año natural. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde decía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La solicitud de espacios deportivos para reservas de temporada por parte de entidades y clubs deportivos se ha de hacer mediante el formulario que se encuentra en la web del IME, que se ha de presentar en el Registro del IME, en cualquier OAC del Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a las que se refiere el Art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Plazos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Del 10 al 30 de mayo es el plazo de presentación de la solicitud de renovación para entidades ya usuarias; si no se hace durante este plazo, el IME dispondrá libremente de la instalación y el horario de los cuales la entidad hacía uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cualquier momento del año se admiten solicitudes de reservas de espacios, tanto puntuales como de carácter continuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Normas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las reservas por temporada o de carácter continuado con descuento se formalizan una vez que se ha recibido el ingreso del 10% de la totalidad de la reserva, hasta un máximo de 250 €, como garantía, que se ha de abonar en un plazo no superior a 5 días a partir de la confirmación de la reserva por parte del IME. La falta de pago durante el plazo fijado puede suponer la pérdida de la reserva de espacio. Las reservas sin tarifa de descuento no han de depositar garantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los meses de julio y agosto no se consideran temporada deportiva, exceptuando los deportes con el calendario vigente durante este período.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se permite la cesión del uso a terceros ni de la subexplotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El pago del precio público da derecho al uso de la instalación del tiempo de la reserva y el IME no se responsabiliza del material depositado en las instalaciones por parte de sus usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tiempo necesario para llevar a cabo los trabajos de montaje, desmontaje, o inactivo, se factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En los partidos oficiales la reserva debe hacerse 30 minutos antes de la hora de inicio del partido. Excepcionalmente se puede ampliar este tiempo, de acuerdo con la normativa oficial de juego de la federación correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En los casos de grupos de centros educativos, clubs/entidades deportivas, etc., el acceso y la utilización de la instalación deportiva reservada están condicionados a la permanencia del profesor, monitor, entrenador o delegado responsable del grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una reserva se ha de anular por escrito con una antelación mínima de 72 horas; en caso contrario se abonará el importe completo de la reserva (100% del precio público), salvo las anulaciones debidas a condiciones climatológicas adversas o por causas imputables al IME. &amp;nbsp;Por causas imputables a Federaciones Territoriales por variaciones no comunicadas previamente&amp;nbsp; las 72 horas preceptivas, se deberá presentar un certificado firmado por el secretario/a de la Federación con el visto bueno del presidente/a. En el caso de baja médica, se deberá entregar un certificado médico que impida el entrenamiento&amp;nbsp; o la disputa del partido. Las actividades promovidas u organizadas por el IME tienen preferencia en el uso de las instalaciones. Si estas actividades afectan a reservas ya confirmadas, el IME avisará a las entidades afectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El IME no tiene la obligación de recolocar a los clubes, los equipos, las entidades, las asociaciones, etc. en otros espacios alternativos en caso de imposibilidad de uso del espacio deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La solicitud de espacios deportivos para reservas de temporada por parte de entidades y clubs deportivos se ha de hacer mediante el formulario que se encuentra en la web del IME, que se ha de presentar en la web del IME, en cualquier OAC del Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a las que se refiere el Art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Plazos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Del 10 al 30 de mayo es el plazo de presentación de la solicitud de renovación para entidades ya usuarias; si no se hace durante este plazo, el IME dispondrá libremente de la instalación y el horario de los cuales la entidad hacía uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cualquier momento del año se admiten solicitudes de reservas de espacios, tanto puntuales como de carácter continuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Normas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las reservas por temporada o de carácter continuado se formalizan una vez que se ha recibido el ingreso del 10% de la totalidad de la reserva, hasta un máximo de 250 €, como garantía, que se ha de abonar en un plazo no superior a 5 días a partir de la confirmación de la reserva por parte del IME. La falta de pago durante el plazo fijado puede suponer la pérdida de la reserva de espacio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los meses de julio y agosto no se consideran temporada deportiva, exceptuando los deportes con el calendario vigente durante este período.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se permite la cesión del uso a terceros ni de la subexplotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El pago del precio público da derecho al uso de la instalación del tiempo de la reserva y el IME no se responsabiliza del material depositado en las instalaciones por parte de sus usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tiempo necesario para llevar a cabo los trabajos de montaje, desmontaje, o inactivo, se factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En los partidos oficiales la reserva debe hacerse 30 minutos antes de la hora de inicio del partido. Excepcionalmente se puede ampliar este tiempo, de acuerdo con la normativa oficial de juego de la federación correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En los casos de grupos de centros educativos, clubs/entidades deportivas, etc., el acceso y la utilización de la instalación deportiva reservada están condicionados a la permanencia del profesor, monitor, entrenador o delegado responsable del grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una reserva se ha de anular por escrito con una antelación mínima de 72 horas; en caso contrario se abonará el importe completo de la reserva (100% del precio público), salvo las anulaciones debidas a condiciones climatológicas adversas o por causas imputables al IME. &amp;nbsp;Por causas imputables a Federaciones Territoriales por variaciones no comunicadas previamente&amp;nbsp; las 72 horas preceptivas, se deberá presentar un certificado firmado por el/la secretario/a de la Federación con el visto bueno del/de la presidente/a. En el caso de baja médica, se deberá presentar un certificado médico que impida el entrenamiento&amp;nbsp; o la disputa del partido. Las actividades promovidas u organizadas por el IME tienen preferencia en el uso de las instalaciones. Si estas actividades afectan a reservas ya confirmadas, el IME avisará a las entidades afectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El IME no tiene la obligación de recolocar a los clubes, los equipos, las entidades, las asociaciones, etc. en otros espacios alternativos en caso de imposibilidad de uso del espacio deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Descuento del 90% en los abonos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;individuales, en el sistema PAD o en los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursillos, excepto los cursillos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de instalaciones &amp;nbsp;exteriores. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A partir de los ingresos del año anterior y del SMI vigente (salario mínimo interprofesional) se aplican los intervalos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ingresos anuales o inferiores al SMI x 3: descuento del 90%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ingresos superiores: descuento del 25%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Descuento en el precio de los cursillos o en el sistema PAD, excepto de los de instalaciones exteriores. Esta tarifa sólo se aplicará en un curso por mes y persona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para obtener descuento se han de acreditar los ingresos de los dos progenitores con la declaración de la renta. Únicamente en aquellos casos que los progenitores no estén dados de alta en la Seguridad Social se tendrá que presentar un certificado de Hacienda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sólo se aplicará descuento a los progenitores y a los hijos menores de 18 años en el momento de pagar el cursillo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Quedan excluidos los partidos de liga y las competiciones periódicas durante la temporada, que quedan sujetas a lo que determina el artículo 20.6, 20.7 5 y 21.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Excepcionalmente, mediante resolución de la Gerencia del IME se puede aplicar una reducción del 100% del precio público establecido en las tarifas tanto del apartado C como del D y del anexo I, “Precios y tarifas”, cuando la actividad que se tenga que realizar, deportiva o no, tenga&amp;nbsp; carácter de promoción de la ciudad o del deporte, educativo, benéfico, social, cultural o sea un partido o una competición de equipos o deportistas de categoría nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En las competiciones deportivas oficiales insulares, autonómicas nacionales e internacionales organizadas de manera puntual por una federación deportiva. Quedan excluidos los partidos de liga y las competiciones periódicas durante la temporada, que quedan sujetas a lo que determina el artículo 20.6, 20.7 y 21.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Excepcionalmente, mediante resolución de la Gerencia del IME se puede aplicar una reducción del 100% del precio público establecido en las tarifas tanto del apartado C como del D y del anexo I, “Precios y tarifas”, cuando la actividad que se tenga que realizar, deportiva o no, tenga&amp;nbsp; carácter de promoción de la ciudad o del deporte, educativo, benéfico, social, cultural o sea un partido o una competición de equipos o deportistas de categoría nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se hacen devoluciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;carácter&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;retroactivo, salvo en los casos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de revisión&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de certificados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de minusvalías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las cuotas de cursillos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;tarifa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de no&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;abonado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;son&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;revisables&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cuando&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;se paga&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la cuota del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;abono,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;que incluye&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la mensualidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;correspondiente, siempre&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;antes del inicio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuando el cursillo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;o actividad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;programada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;no&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;se puede llevar a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cabo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;por causas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;imputables al&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;IME&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;se devuelven&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cuotas de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;meses o&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;parte proporcional en que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;no se ha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;podido realizar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el cursillo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;o actividad, excepto las cuotas con el 90% de descuento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se hacen devoluciones por los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;días&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;y los horarios que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el IME&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;tiene las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;instalaciones cerradas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;según su calendario&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de apertura anual. Se informa de los días de cierre a través de la web del IME y de los tablones de anuncios de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 22&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se hacen devoluciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;carácter&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;retroactivo, salvo en los casos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de revisión&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de certificados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
