&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 62 1.b) del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, se hace pública la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;DON VICENTE MARI TORRES, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza (Illes Balears).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vista la propuesta formulada por el Tribunal calificador encargado de juzgar el proceso selectivo para la provisión en propiedad de 10 plazas de la plantilla de personal funcionario de carrera, pertenecientes a la escala Administración General, subescala Auxiliar, grupo C, subgrupo C2, denominación Auxiliar administrativo, mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición por turno de promoción interna horizontal, convocado por Decreto de Alcaldía de 9 de agosto de 2018, publicado en el BOIB núm. 104, de 23 de agosto de 2018, y comprobado el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en las bases de la misma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 21.1 g) de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DISPONGO:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO. Nombrar funcionarios de carrera de la categoría Auxiliar Administrativo, perteneciente a la subescala Auxiliar de la escala Administración General, grupo C, subgrupo C2, a los aspirantes aprobados del proceso selectivo convocado por Decreto de 9 de agosto de 2018, relacionados a continuación, ordenados de acuerdo con la puntuación final obtenida:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
