    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que no ha sido posible notificar el acuerdo de iniciación de los expedientes sancionadores y la apertura de los plazos de alegaciones y pruebas por presunta infracción de la normativa de pesca, Ley 6/2013 de 7 de noviembre de pesca marítima, marisqueo y acuicultura en las Illes Balears, se notifican, de acuerdo con lo que se determina en el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, a las personas interesadas que se detallan en el anexo adjunto, todo haciendo constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1º.- Las personas denunciadas disponen de un plazo de quince días hábiles, contados a partir del siguiente día al de la publicación de esta notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 8 del Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento del procedimiento a seguir en el ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora, para que formulen sus alegaciones y aporten o propongan las pruebas que les justifiquen delante de este Departamento de Economía, Hacienda, Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Marino (avda. España, 49, 3ª planta, de la ciudad de Ibiza).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2ª.- Durante el transcurso la tramitación de los expedientes sancionadores, las personas interesadas podrán examinarlos y conocer la identidad de la instructora y del secretario, al efecto de recusación que contiene el artículo 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
