&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Mediante la Resolución de 19&amp;nbsp; de octubre de 2018 se aprobaron las listas definitivas de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluídas, con indicación de las causas de exclusión, de las pruebas selectivas convocadas para el ingreso en el cuerpo facultativo subalterno, escala de apoyo instrumental, especialidad auxiliar de apoyo, reserva especial para personas con discapacidad intelectual o sordera, de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&amp;nbsp; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; núm. 133, de 25 de octubre de 2018).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Se han advertido unos errores en el anexo 1 de la Resolución mencionada en el punto anterior, relativos a una persona aspirante que sale erróneamente en la lista de reserva&amp;nbsp; para discapacidad intelectual moderada, ligera o límite, y a la admisión de tres personas aspirantes que han de estar excluídas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, dispone que «las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, así mismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que «la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto lo anterior, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Corregir los errores advertidos en la Resolución de 19 de octubre de 2018 por la que se aprueban las listas definitivas de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluídas, con indicación de las causas de exclusión, de las pruebas selectivas convocadas para el ingreso en el cuerpo facultativo subalterno, escala de apoyo instrumental, especialidad auxiliar de apoyo, reserva especial para personas con discapacidad intelectual o sordera, de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears , en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Modificar en el anexo 1 (lista definitiva de personas aspirantes admitidas) la persona aspirante que constaba en la lista de reserva errónea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Eliminar en el anexo 1 tres personas aspirantes que estaban erróneamente admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Añadir en el anexo 2 (lista definitiva de personas aspirantes excluídas) las personas que estaban admitidas erróneamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en el tablón de anuncios de la EBAP y en la página web &amp;lt;www.oposicions.caib.es&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
