&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index&lt;/span&gt;):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de las ayudas previstas en la Resolución las personas, físicas o jurídicas, que, en fecha 10 de noviembre de 2018, sean titulares de explotaciones agrarias y cumplan algunos de los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Que su explotación tenga la consideración de explotación prioritaria, de acuerdo con la definición prevista en el artículo 5.1.u) de la Ley 12/2014, de 16 de diciembre, Agraria de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) En caso de ser persona física tiene que ser agricultor profesional de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 12/2014, de 16 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo. Finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El mantenimiento del paisaje agrario de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Orden de la Consejera de Agricultura y Pesca, de 10 de marzo de 2005, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones a los sectores agrario y pesquero (BOIB nº 43, de 17 de marzo de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto. Crédito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se destina a esta convocatoria un importe máximo de dos millones novecientos mil euros (2.900.000,00€), con cargo a los presupuestos del FOGAIBA de 2019, a pesar de que existe la posibilidad de ampliar la dotación presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quinto. Importe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La cuantía de las ayudas se fija en una prima de 150,00 € por hectárea declarada de superficie agraria útil (cultivos y pastos) en la que lleven a cabo las tareas o las actuaciones propias de la actividad agraria que se mencionan en la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En función del mayor o menor cumplimiento de los planteamientos y los parámetros previstos en el punto 2 del apartado cuarto de la convocatoria, las explotaciones podrán optar a diferentes intensidades de ayuda, tal como se muestra a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las explotaciones que cumplan 5 o más de los 8 parámetros podrán optar al 100 % de la prima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las explotaciones que cumplan 4 de los 8 parámetros podrán optar al 75 % de la prima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las explotaciones que cumplan 3 de los 8 parámetros podrán optar al 50 % de la prima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las explotaciones que no cumplan al menos 3 de los 8 parámetros exigidos no podrán optar a la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Para tener derecho a la ayuda, el importe mínimo de subvención por beneficiario es de 300,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otra parte, el importe máximo de subvención por beneficiario es de 5.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Asimismo, y de conformidad con lo establecido en el punto 2 del artículo tercero del Reglamento (UE) n.º 1408/2013 de la Comisión, de 18 de diciembre de 2013, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; al sector agrícola, la cuantía total de ayudas de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; no podrá superar los 15.000,00 € por beneficiario en un período de tres ejercicios fiscales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sexto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes empezará a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de esta Resolución en el BOIB, y terminará el día 31 de enero de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
