&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANUNCIO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por la presente se tramita Procedimiento JUICIO VERBAL 709/2017 a instancia de COMUNIDAD PROPIETARIOS EDIFICIO PUPUTS frente a SUNNY ADUN Y JOY EDEMA, se ha dictado &lt;strong&gt;sentencia&lt;/strong&gt;, cuyo &lt;strong&gt;tenor literal &lt;/strong&gt;es el siguiente: &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA Nº87/2018 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En Manacor, a 7 de junio de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;TOMÁS SANCHEZ PUENTE, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº4 de Manacor, ha dictado sentencia habiendo visto el presente procedimiento JUICIO VERBAL número 709/2017, seguidos a instancia de COMUNIDAD PROPIETARIOS EDIFICIO PUPUTS representada por el Procurador ANTONIO JUAN RAMÓN ROIG y defendido por la letrado MIGUEL CAPÓ ADROVER contra, SUNNY ADUN Y JOY EDEMA, en situación de rebeldía procesal.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que ESTIMANDO la demanda presentada por el procurador don Antonio J. Ramón Roig actuando en representación de la Comunidad de Propietarios del edificio Puputs:&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condeno &lt;/strong&gt;a Sunny Adun y Joy Edema a abonar a la Comunidad de Propietarios del edificio Puputs la cantidad de 2.938,30 euros, más los intereses legales procedentes.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Condeno a Sunny Adun y Joy Edema al pago de &lt;strong&gt;costas procesales &lt;/strong&gt;devengadas.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta Sentencia a las partes.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Sentencia no cabe interponer recurso alguno (Artículo 455.1 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil).&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así por ésta mi Sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando&amp;nbsp; y firmo.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En MANACOR a veintiocho de junio de dos mil dieciocho.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
