Las personas que figuran en el listado incluido en el apartado 1) de esta Resolución han presentado en la Conserjería de Cultura, Participación y Deportes una solicitud de subvención para ayudar a los deportistas de les Illes Balears para que puedan mejorar sus medios de entrenamiento y el acceso a las competiciones del año 2018.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 7 de noviembre de 2018, la Comisión Técnica evaluó las solicitudes presentadas de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en el punto 9 de la convocatoria y emitió el informe técnico que sirvió de base a la Comisión Evaluadora para que ésta emitiera el informe sobre el cual se elaboró la propuesta de resolución de la Dirección General de Deportes y Juventud.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El día 7 de noviembre de 2018, la Comisión Evaluadora se reunió para examinar las solicitudes presentadas y elaborar el informe que sirvió de base al director general de base para dictar la propuesta de resolución. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. La Comisión Evaluadora ha examinado los expedientes y está conforme con la concesión de la subvención a los deportistas que figuran en el listado del apartado 1) de esta Resolución.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.&nbsp; El 8 de noviembre de 2018 se publicó en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes y Juventud la Propuesta de Resolución de 8 de noviembre de 2018 del director general de Deportes y Juventud de concesión de subvenciones para apoyar a los deportistas de les Illes Balears <span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:black">para que puedan mejorar sus medios de entrenamiento y el acceso a las competiciones del año 2018.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. E<span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:black">l punto 6.3 de la convocatoria establece un plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la propuesta de resolución, para presentar alegaciones.&nbsp; En dicho plazo se presentaron alegaciones.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:black">7. El 27 de noviembre de 2018, la Comisión Técnica se reunió para examinar las alegaciones presentadas y emitir el informe </span></span>técnico que sirve de base a la Comisión Evaluadora para que ésta emita el informe necesario para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que debe formular la Dirección General de Deportes y Juventud.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. El día 27 de noviembre de 2018, se reunió la Comisión Evaluadora para elaborar el informe que servirá de base al director general de Deportes y Juventud para dictar la propuesta de resolución definitiva. La Comisión Evaluadora ha examinado los expedientes i no esta conforme con el otorgamiento de la subvención a los deportistas que figuran en la lista del apartado 1) de esta resolución. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La Orden del consejero de Turismo y Deportes de 18 de diciembre de 2012 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder las subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 2 de 3 de enero de 2013).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. La Resolución del consejera de Cultura, Participación y Deportes de 11 de mayo de 2018 por la cual se convocan ayudas a los deportistas de les Illes Balears para que puedan mejorar sus medios de entrenamiento y el acceso a las competiciones del año 2018 (BOIB núm. 61, de 17 de mayo de 2018)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.
