    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Para general conocimiento se hace saber que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión del día 25 de octubre de 2018, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;«Primero. APROBAR inicialmente la modificación puntual del Plan Especial de Binicalsitx instada por LONIX, SL, mediante la documentación técnica correspondiente elaborada al efecto por el arquitecto Guillem Coll Pons, debidamente visada por el colegio profesional y que consta en el expediente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Segundo. ABRIR el trámite de información pública por un plazo mínimo de 30 días con publicación del acuerdo de aprobación inicial en el BOIB, en uno de los diarios de mayor circulación de la isla y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tercero. SOLICITAR el informe de las administraciones o entes estatales, autonómicos o insulares cuyas competencias puedan resultar afectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Cuarto. SOLICITAR el informe preceptivo al órgano con competencias en materia de urbanismo del Consell Insular de Menorca. »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
