Beneficiarios</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Pueden ser beneficiarias las empresas industriales, ya sean personas físicas o jurídicas, que lleven a cabo su actividad en las Islas Baleares. El carácter industrial vendrá determinado por el desarrollo de alguno de los epígrafes del impuesto de actividades económicas (IAE) incluidos en las divisiones 2, 3 y 4 de la sección primera correspondiente a actividades empresariales, y los servicios complementarios establecidos en el anexo 2 de esta Convocatoria.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo. font-size:12px">En el supuesto de agotamiento del presupuesto total, podrán ampliarse sin necesidad de una nueva convocatoria, condicionada a la disponibilidad presupuestaria del IDI.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
