    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Concejala del Área de Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, por resolución número&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;23.528&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;21&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;noviembre&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2018,&amp;nbsp;acordó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convocar concurso oposición por promoción interna&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;para una plaza de maestro/a&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;jardinero/a, vacante en la plantilla de funcionarios de este Ayuntamiento e incluida en la oferta de empleo del año 2017. Esta plaza está encuadrada a la Escala de Administración Especial, Servicios especiales, personal de oficios,&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grupo C, Subgrupo C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.-&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprobar las bases específicas que regirán esta convocatoria, que se adjuntan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de instancias será de veinte días naturales, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- Las instancias se dirigirán al Muy Honorable Señor Alcalde en la forma establecida en la base tercera de las bases generales que rigen esta convocatoria, que fueron publicadas en el BOIB núm.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;86 de 7 de julio de 2016, modificadas por resolución núm.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;21.854 de 28 de noviembre de 2017 publicadas en el BOIB núm.147 de 2 de diciembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se podrá declarar superado el proceso selectivo a un número de aspirantes superior al de la plaza convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, conforme lo que dispone el artículo 123 de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El recurso de reposición potestativo debe presentarse en el registro general de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, antes mencionada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no haya resuelto y notificada la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente de su interposición.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En este caso queda expedita la vía contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo citado anteriormente, y los 45 y siguientes de la ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación. Esto sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- del grupo C, subgrupo C2, personal de oficios/oficial o personal laboral fijo y tener dos años de servicio activo en dicha categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se computará a estos efectos la antigüedad como personal laboral en dichos cargos en el Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Acreditar el conocimiento de la lengua catalana de nivel B1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Concurso oposición por promoción interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las bases generales que rigen esta convocatoria se publicaron en el BOIB núm.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;86, de 7 de julio de 2016, modificadas por resolución núm.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;21.854 de 28 de noviembre de 2017 publicadas en el BOIB núm.147 de 2 de diciembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presente convocatoria está, además, sujeta a lo dispuesto en la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del Personal al Servicio de las Administraciones&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las presentes bases tendrán en cuenta el principio de igualdad de trato entre mujeres y hombres, con respecto al acceso al empleo, de acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Constitución Española, el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres y la ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres de las Islas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#7b7b7b"&gt;Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 55 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres dispone que "la aprobación de convocatorias de pruebas selectivas para el acceso al empleo público deberá acompañarse de un informe de impacto de género, excepto en casos de urgencia y siempre sin perjuicio de la prohibición de discriminación por razón de sexo", que se complementa con el artículo 43.3 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio de Igualdad de mujeres y hombres de las Islas Baleares:&amp;nbsp;"En&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;las ofertas de empleo público de las administraciones públicas de las Islas Baleares, se acompañará una evaluación del impacto de género".&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Todo esto pone de manifiesto el compromiso asumido por el Ayuntamiento de Palma en relación con la promoción activa de la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres, así como de prevención y actuación ante la violencia de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las bases generales que rigen esta convocatoria se publicaron en el BOIB núm.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;86, de 7 de julio de 2016, modificadas por resolución núm.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;21.854 de 28 de noviembre de 2017 publicadas en el BOIB núm.147 de 2 de diciembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los aspirantes a las pruebas selectivas deberán rellenar el impreso establecido por el Ayuntamiento de Palma, que se les facilitará en las Oficinas de Atención a&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Ciudadanía&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asimismo, el mencionado impreso podrá obtenerse a través de Internet consultando la página web www.palma.cat;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;este impreso deberá obtenerse por duplicado al objeto de que el interesado se quede una copia sellada de la instancia presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes se dirigirán al Alcalde y se podrán presentar en cualquiera de las Oficinas de Atención a&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Ciudadanía&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del Ayuntamiento de Palma o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en el art.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;16.4 de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los derechos de examen serán de 13,79 euros y serán abonados por los interesados dentro del plazo de admisión de instancias mediante el documento de autoliquidación que las Oficinas de Atención a la Ciudadanía&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(OAC) les entregará al presentar la solicitud de admisión a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se pueden abonar por giro postal en las oficinas de correos o con tarjeta financiera a la propia OAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;veinte días&amp;nbsp;naturales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Junto con la solicitud, los interesados deberán acompañar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una fotocopia del documento nacional de identidad o, en caso de no ser español, del documento oficial acreditativo de la personalidad (NIE, pasaporte o tarjeta de residencia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una fotocopia compulsada del título académico exigido en cada convocatoria (anverso y reverso) o certificación académica que acredite haber superado todos los estudios para obtener el título.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El resguardo del pago de la tasa realizado según la vía seleccionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Agotado el plazo de presentación de instancias, el órgano competente dictará resolución en el plazo máximo de un mes aprobando la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de este Ayuntamiento y en su página web, con indicación de las causas de exclusión, así como el plazo de subsanación de defectos y presentación de reclamaciones que se concede a los aspirantes excluidos, que será de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10 días&amp;nbsp;hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo se aprobará la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se publicará en el tablón electrónico de edictos y anuncios de la página web www.palma.es de anuncios de este Ayuntamiento y en el apartado de oferta pública de trabajo de la misma página web, en la relación de excluidos se hará constar las resoluciones de las reclamaciones presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El presente procedimiento selectivo generará un bolsín del cual se podrán nombrar por orden de puntuación final las personas que figuren en el bolsín de candidatos que hayan superado todos o algunos de los ejercicios, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 18.2 del acuerdo regulador de las condiciones de trabajo del personal funcionario, eventual y de los órganos directivos del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;COMPOSICIÓN DEL TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal calificador estará constituido por un Presidente, designado por el órgano competente, y cuatro vocales, que serán designados por sorteo de entre funcionarios en servicio activo que reúna los requisitos exigidos en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta designación implicará la de los respectivos suplentes.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El secretario/a será designado por votación de entre los vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal podrá disponer la incorporación de personal asesor especialista para todas o algunas de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podrán asistir, con voz pero sin voto, las personas representantes de las organizaciones sindicales representativas, para efectuar funciones de vigilancia del buen desarrollo del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROGRAMA DEL CONCURSO OPOSICIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER&amp;nbsp;EJERCICIO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Prueba práctica en la que se deberá demostrar la destreza y pericia en la categoría según la especialidad elegida, consistirá en un ejercicio teórico práctico a determinar por el Tribunal, relacionado con las tareas propias de la profesión de Maestro/a jardinero/a así como las relacionadas con el temario específico del segundo ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En este ejercicio se evaluará la aplicación de los conocimientos teóricos y la preparación de los aspirantes en relación a los puestos a cubrir.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal determinará el contenido y las condiciones de forma, estructura, valoración y tiempo del ejercicio que deberán comunicarse a los aspirantes antes del inicio del ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la valoración de la prueba práctica se deberán contemplar como mínimo los criterios de: preparación del material, realización de la prueba, cumplimiento de las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales, utilización de las herramientas adecuadas para la práctica, calidad de la práctica, correcto almacenamiento de las herramientas y material sobrante y otros que el Tribunal considere que deban valorar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de que puedan quedar constancia grabada (fotografías, vídeos) de los trabajos realizados en la prueba práctica de cada aspirante, deberán incorporarse dentro del expediente administrativo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La calificación o puntuación máxima del ejercicio será 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serán eliminados los candidatos que no obtengan 5 o más puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tiempo máximo para desarrollar estas pruebas será determinado por el tribunal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO EJERCICIO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consistirá en contestar por escrito, un cuestionario de 40 preguntas, sobre el contenido del temario que se relaciona a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tiempo máximo para desarrollar este ejercicio será determinado por el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Máximo 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada respuesta correcta se valorará con 0,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las preguntas no resueltas, tanto si figuran las cuatro opciones en blanco como si figuran con más de una respuesta, no se valorarán.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las preguntas con respuesta errónea se penalizarán con un tercio del valor asignado a la respuesta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para efectuar la calificación del ejercicio se aplicará la fórmula siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.- Céspedes y tapizadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.- Reconocimiento de plantas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;FASE DE CONCURSO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los méritos que se valorarán en la fase de concurso, y que vendrán referidos a la fecha de plazo de presentación de instancias, deberán presentarse mediante la presentación de originales o fotocopias compulsadas en el modelo normalizado establecido al efecto por el Ayuntamiento, dentro del plazo de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10 días naturales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Únicamente se valorarán aquellos que estén adecuadamente y claramente acreditados de acuerdo con los baremos de la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se tendrá en cuenta la remisión a otros expedientes de convocatorias anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas aspirantes funcionarias de este Ayuntamiento podrán hacer remisión a sus expedientes personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La acreditación de trabajos realizados en entidades públicas empresariales (entidades de derecho público sometidas al derecho privado), en consorcios, en fundaciones del sector público, en empresas societarias del sector público y en empresas privadas se hará mediante el certificado de la vida laboral, y la acreditación de la categoría y de las funciones realizadas con el contrato laboral o un certificado de la empresa, del consorcio o de la fundación correspondiente, o de otro modo en que queden acreditadas la categoría y las funciones llevadas a cabo .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los documentos acreditativos de los méritos presentados podrán ser retirados por los aspirantes en el plazo de tres meses a contar desde el día siguiente de adquirir firmeza la resolución definitiva del procedimiento. En caso contrario serán destruidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los méritos a valorar serán los que se relacionan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1).-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Valoración de los puestos ocupados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Puntuación máxima 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1 - Por servicios prestados en este Ayuntamiento o cualquier otra Administración Pública en el Grupo AP -Agrupaciones profesionales- (anterior Grupo E), Grupo C Subgrupo C1, Grupo A Subgrupo A1 y A2, o en una categoría equivalente a la plantilla laboral, 0, 20 puntos por año o fracción superior a 6 meses, máximo: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2 - Por servicios prestados en este Ayuntamiento o cualquier otra Administración Pública en el Grupo C, Subgrupo C2 o en una categoría equivalente a la plantilla laboral, 0,30 puntos por año o fracción superior a 6 meses, máximo: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se computarán los servicios prestados con carácter interino o previo reconocidos de acuerdo con&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;70/78, de 26 de diciembre, de reconocimiento de servicios previos en la Administración Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2).-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Antigüedad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- Por servicios prestados en la administración pública, puntuación máxima 3 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Los primeros cinco años...........0,10 puntos por año&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- los seis a los diez años.............0,20 puntos por año&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- a partir de los once años...........0,40 puntos por año&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se computarán los servicios prestados con carácter previo reconocidos de acuerdo con la Ley 70/78, de 26 de diciembre, de reconocimiento de servicios previos en la Administración Pública&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se tendrán en cuenta las fracciones de tiempo inferiores a un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3).-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Puntuación máxima: 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se valorará la formación específica y relacionada con las funciones propias de la plaza convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La valoración de este criterio se lleva a cabo de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas o seminarios impartidos y/o reconocidos por la Escuela Municipal de Formación, el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP), la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), la Administración de el Estado, la autonómica o la local, las universidades y las escuelas técnicas, o los homologados por cualquiera de estas instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se valoran en todos los casos los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursos realizados en el marco de los acuerdos de formación continua en las administraciones públicas (IV AFCAP y anteriores).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursos realizados por el propio Ayuntamiento, tanto de su propio Plan de formación como del de formación continua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursos de informática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursos en materia de normativa o aplicación práctica del contenido propio de las competencias municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursos de prevención de riesgos laborales, así como sus diversas especializaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursos en materia de igualdad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursos en materia de calidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cursos homologados en materia sindical&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Especialistas, y otra formación propia diferente de las titulaciones oficiales, impartidos por las universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los cursos pueden tener cualquier duración.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los créditos de aprovechamiento suponen los de asistencia;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;es decir, no son acumulativos la asistencia y el aprovechamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los cursos que hayan sido impartidos se valoran con la misma puntuación que los cursos de aprovechamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se valoran los cursos específicos de capacitación para el acceso al puesto de trabajo ni el curso teórico práctico que se realiza durante el proceso de selección del concurso oposición de administrativos para promoción interna de auxiliares administrativos, o cualquier otro similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tampoco se valoran las asignaturas encaminadas a obtener las titulaciones académicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La hora de aprovechamiento o impartición se valora con&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;......&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;0,02 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La hora de asistencia se valora con&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;.........................................&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;0,01 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4).-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Idiomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Puntuación máxima 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.- Conocimiento de la lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Puntuación máxima: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se valorarán las siguientes titulaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Las expedidas por la EBAP, a partir de 1994.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Las recogidas en el Decreto 80/2004, de 10 de septiembre, de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura, (BOIB número 132, de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;21-09-2004),&amp;nbsp;sobre evaluación y certificación de conocimientos de catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Las del Estudio G. Lul·lià expedidos hasta el curso 1983/1984, no teniendo reconocimiento oficial las expedidas a partir de esta fecha.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuación de este apartado será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nivel avanzado (certificado B2): 0,50 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nivel de dominio funcional efectivo (certificado C1): 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nivel de dominio (certificado C2): 1,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo (certificado E): 0,50 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sólo se valorará el certificado del nivel más alto que se acredite, además del certificado de nivel de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo, cuya puntuación se acumulará a la del otro certificado que se acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de que se presenten dudas sobre la validez de algún certificado o sobre la puntuación que se otorgará, se puede solicitar un informe de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística de la Consejería de Cultura y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.- Conocimiento de lenguas extranjeras.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Puntuación máxima: 1&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;punto.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A1 Básico 1 (1er curso del nivel básico) de la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas o primer curso de nivel inicial de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública..............................................0,05&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez finalizado el proceso selectivo, el tribunal procederá a proponer la composición de un bolsín de interinos, integrada por los aspirantes que han aprobado, como mínimo, un ejercicio de la oposición, por orden de prelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la convocatoria y las presentes bases, que agotan la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
