    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En la reunión ordinaria de fecha 16 de noviembre de 2018 del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Ibiza, se aprobó por unanimidad de los miembros presentes, lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Modificar la fecha prevista inicialmente en la base 14.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;in fine &lt;/em&gt;de la convocatoria de ayudas económicas dirigidas a entidades y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro en materia de servicios sociales en el ámbito de la isla de Ibiza correspondiente al año 2018, referente a la justificación del gasto ocasionado desde el 1 de julio de 2018 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2018 y posterior pago del 15% de la ayuda concedida, que era el día 5 de noviembre de 2018, ampliándola hasta 10 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de la notificación de la resolución ordenando el primer pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.1 (...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) El segundo pago del 15% restante se efectuará una vez se haya justificado el gasto ocasionado desde el 1 de julio de 2018 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2018. La fecha máxima para presentar esta justificación es el 5 de noviembre de 2018.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(...)”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;14.1 (...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) El segundo pago del 15% restante se efectuará una vez se haya justificado el gasto ocasionado desde el 1 de julio de 2018 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2018. El plazo para realizar la justificación del gasto ocasionado desde el 1 de julio de 2018 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2018 es hasta 10 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de la notificación de la resolución ordenando el primer pago.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(...)”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicar la ampliación del plazo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;https://seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO –&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Remitir el acuerdo que se adopte a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
