&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;1. El 05/05/2018 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 56, la Resolució de la presidenta de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics de 27/04/2018, per la qual es convocaven ajuts per donar suport a la projecció exterior fora de les Illes Balears de projectes audiovisuals per a l’any 2018 de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;2. Dia 17/10/2018, la Comissió avaluadora va revisar i valorar els expedients presentats fins aleshores 16.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;3. Dia 24/10/2018, l'instructor signà i publicà la proposta de resolució, iniciant-se el període d'al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;4. S'han presentat 3 al·legacions a la proposta de resolució, que han estat acceptades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;1. La Resolució de la presidenta de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics, de dia 27/4/18, per la qual es convoquen ajuts per donar suport a la projecció exterior fora de les Illes Balears de projectes audiovisuals per a l’any 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;2. La disposició addicional primera del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;3. L’Ordre de la consellera d’Educació i Cultura, d’1 de juliol de 2009, per al qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d’educació i cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Per tot això, a proposta del president de la comissió avaluadora,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-right:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;1. Aprovar i concedir subvencions per l'import total de 64.364,98€ a favor dels beneficiaris que s'hi relacionen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris amb càrrec als pressuposts i imports detallats a l’Annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el director de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-ne rebut la notificació, d’acord amb l’article 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver rebut la notificació d’aquesta Resolució, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
