    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Muro, en sesión ordinaria de día 19 de noviembre de 2018 acordó:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aprobación de las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones para desplazamiento a los alumnos de preescolar, educación infantil y primaria para el curso 2018 - 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones para desplazamiento a los alumnos de preescolar, educación infantil y primaria para el curso 2018-2019 en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFICAS REGULADORAS PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE SUBVENCIONES A CENTROS ESCOLARES PARA LA REALIZACIÓN DE PROGRAMAS Y ACTIVIDADES PARA EL CURSO 2018-2019&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.OBJETO DE LAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- El Ayuntamiento de Muro quiere ayudar a las familias con hijos escolarizados en otros Centros de preescolar, educación infantil y primaria con el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.- Se entiende por subvención toda disposición dineraria realizada por el Ayuntamiento de Muro, a favor de personas públicas o privadas, y que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Que la entrega se realice sin contraprestación directa de los beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Que la entrega esté sujeta al cumplimiento de un determinado objetivo, la ejecución de un proyecto, la realización de una actividad, la adopción de un comportamiento singular, ya realizados o por desarrollar, o la concurrencia de una situación, debiendo el beneficiario cumplir las obligaciones materiales y formales que se hubieran establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Que el proyecto, la acción, conducta o situación financiada tenga por objeto el fomento de una actividad de utilidad pública o interés social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. REQUISITOS QUE DEBERÁN REUNIR LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarios/as de la convocatoria los / las padres / madres, tutores / as legales de los alumnos /as o los / las alumnos mayores de edad matriculados durante el curso escolar 2018-2019 en otros Centros fuera del municipio de Muro y empadronados /as en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. FINANCIACIÓN DE LAS ACTUACIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La cuantía de la concesión será de 50 € por alumno/a. Estas ayudas son compatibles con otras ayudas destinadas a la misma actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACION DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los interesados/as, deberán presentar su solicitud de acuerdo con el Anexo 1, que deberá presentarse acompañado necesariamente de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Fotocopia del Documento Nacional de Identidad o tarjeta de residente del/la solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Fotocopia del Documento Nacional de Identidad o tarjeta de residente del/la estudiante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Documentación acreditativa de estar matriculado/a en el curso 2018/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Libro de familia o documento acreditativo de la representación legal del alumno/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Declaración responsable del solicitante (padre, madre, tutor/a legal de los/las alumnos, o el alumno/a en el caso de que sea mayor de edad) de no encontrarse inhabilitado para obtener subvenciones de las Administraciones públicas, no ser deudor de la Hacienda pública y de estar al corriente de sus obligaciones con la Seguridad Social (Anexo 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es día 5 de diciembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN DE LAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En el caso de que, concluido el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, ésta no reúna los requisitos necesarios para su tramitación, se requerirá al/la solicitante para que subsane las deficiencias advertidas en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de 10 días, quedando advertido que de no hacerlo, se le tendrá por desistida la solicitud, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo común de las Administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El procedimiento de concesión de la subvención se ajustará a lo preceptuado en el procedimiento de tramitación de subvenciones de la Ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, y el procedimiento administrativo común previsto en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;3. Para la valoración de las solicitudes se constituirá una comisión de valoración que estará compuesta por: Presidente: El Alcalde o concejal/a en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. CRITERIOS DE VALORACIÓN Y PONDERACIÓN DE LAS SOL • SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La presente convocatoria está financiada con cargo a los presupuestos municipales en las siguientes partidas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3260.47901&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3260.48901&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Las ayudas se otorgarán de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Importe por alumno matriculado en guarderías de 0 a 3 años: 50 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Importe por alumno matriculado en Educación Infantil de 0 a 6 años: 50 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Importe por alumno matriculado en Educación Primaria de 6 a 11 años: 50 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Se podrán desestimar aquellas peticiones que según el contenido del programa o memoria presentado se consideren no aptos para ser subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. ÓRGANO COMPETENTE PARA LA INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN DEL PROCEDIMIENTO Y PLAZO DE RESOLUCIÓN Y NOTIFICACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El órgano competente para iniciar y resolver el procedimiento es la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento es la regidora de educación y juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Las ayudas serán aprobadas la Junta de Gobierno. Corresponde a la Junta de Gobierno, la interpretación de estas bases y la potestad de modificar las cuantías estipuladas en el apartado 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. FACULTADES DE LA INTERVENCIÓN MUNICIPAL PARA GARANTIZAR LA ADECUADA JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Para ejercer el control, la Intervención municipal tendrá las siguientes facultades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A) El libre acceso a la documentación objeto de comprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;B) La obtención de copia o la retención de las facturas, documentos equivalentes o sustitutivos y de cualquier otro documento relativo a las operaciones en las que se deduzcan indicios de la incorrecta obtención, disfrute o destino de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La negativa al cumplimiento de esta obligación se considerará resistencia, excusa, obstrucción o negativa a los efectos previstos en el artículo 37 de la Ley general de subvenciones, sin perjuicio de las sanciones que pudieran corresponder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. PLAZO Y FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LA FINALIDAD POR LA QUE SE CONCEDE LA SUBVENCIÓN Y DE LA APLICACIÓN DE LOS FONDOS PERCIBIDOS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La acreditación de la realización del objeto de la subvención se realizará con la presentación del certificado de matrícula del Centro del curso actual desde 2018 hasta 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Deberán presentarse originales y fotocopias que serán diligenciadas por la administración municipal, volviéndose los originales a los interesados/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Transcurridos los plazos establecidos sin haber justificado los gastos, las cantidades otorgadas se darán de baja del presupuesto previo acuerdo expreso correspondiente por parte del órgano competente, salvo en los casos en que se solicite una prórroga, debidamente justificada y como causa excepcional, petición que será resuelta por el órgano correspondiente, de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en las Bases generales ya la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. COMPATIBILIDAD O INCOMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las subvenciones objeto de la presente convocatoria serán compatibles con cualquier otra concedida por entidades públicas o privadas para el mismo objeto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. PUBLICACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta resolución se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. También se encontrará a disposición de todas las personas interesadas en la web del Ayuntamiento de Muro (www.ajmuro.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. PAGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez comprobada la justificación adecuada de la subvención, y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determina la concesión de la subvención, el importe concedido se entregará en un plazo máximo de tres meses desde la aprobación del pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
