    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;En sesión extraordinaria celebrada el 8 de noviembre de 2018, el Consejo de Administración del Patronato Municipal de Deportes de Alcudia ha aprobado las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones a deportistas de Alcúdia que han participado en la edición Ironman 70.3 de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de Noviembre, General de Subvenciones, por medio del presente edicto se publican las bases referidas al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;De la misma manera, se inicia el periodo de presentación de solicitudes a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB durante los diez (10) días hábiles posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objeto&amp;nbsp;de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Para cumplir con “el Artículo 3.- Constituyen finalidades del Patronato, a todos los efectos” de los Estatutos del Patronato Municipal de Deportes teniendo en cuenta las Competencias Municipal dadas en las siguientes leyes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;LEY 10/1990, DE 15 DE OCTUBRE, DEL DEPORTE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;LEY 50/1998 de 30 diciembre, de Medidas Fiscales, Administrativas y del Orden Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Estructura del deporte Español (CSD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;LEY 3/1995, de 21 de febrero, del Deporte de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Modificación de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es incentivar y fomentar la participación en el Ironman 70.3 entre los ciudadanos de Alcúdia para cumplir con los principios de promoción del deporte, junto con los de igualdad, mérito y capacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. DestinatariOs de lAs aYudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Los/las beneficiarios/-arias de esta subvención serán aquellos ciudadanos empadronados en Alcúdia que hayan participado en el Ironman 70.3 celebrado día 12 de mayo de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. RequisitOs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Los/las beneficiarios/-arias tendrán que cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Estar empadronado en Alcúdia al menos con dos años de antelación a la fecha en que solicita la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Poder acreditar haber participado en la prueba de la media IRONMAN realizada en Alcúdia el día 12 de mayo de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Seguridad Social, el Estado y el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;No encontrarse sometido a ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;No encontrarse sometido dentro de ninguna causa de prohibición contemplada en el artículo 13 de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;En el caso de equipo todos los miembros tendrán que cumplir con los requisitos anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. DotacióN preSUPUESTARIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Para esta finalidad existe crédito adecuado y suficiente de 2.000€ a la partida presupuestaria ES 341 489002 para atender las obligaciones de contenido económico que se deriven de la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Forma Y documentacióN de presentacióN de solIcitudEs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;as personas interesadas en solicitar una ayuda se tienen que dirigir al &lt;strong&gt;registro del Patronato Municipal de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia&lt;/strong&gt; y aportar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;a. Solicitud &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 1).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;b. Fotocopia del DNI o Pasaporte del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;c. Documento bancario en que consten los datos de la cuenta donde abonar la subvención y el titular. (En el caso de ser un equipo, tendrán que presentar la cuenta bancaria por cada uno de los miembros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;d. Autorización para la consulta de los datos de empadronamiento de la persona solicitante &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 2).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;e. Documento de la correspondiente empresa organizadora del acontecimiento donde conste en su caso la participación mediante la inscripción al Ironman 70.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;f. Documento que demuestre en detalle el gasto hecho como consecuencia de la ejecución de esta prueba deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;g. Relación de ayudas y subvenciones concedidas por el mismo concepto &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 3).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h. Autorización para la consulta de los datos de estar al corriente con las obligaciones tributarias con la Seguridad Social, la Agencia Tributaria y el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 4)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;i. Declaración responsable del cumplimiento de los requisitos de la ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;strong&gt; (Anexo 5)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;j. Enviar fotografía practicando el deporte de esta subvención vía correo electrónico a patronat@alcudia.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. plazo de presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. cuantía y número de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Se establece la cantidad global de 2.000€, que se distribuirá de forma individualizada para cada uno de los beneficiarios hasta un máximo de 100 euros por participante individual o por equipo. En el caso de equipo la cuantía se repartirá entre cada uno de los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Criterios de Valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Los criterios de valoración de las subvenciones serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Los 2.000 Euros se distribuirán en función del número de participantes de Alcúdia que hayan participado en la prueba de Ironman 70.3 en Alcúdia el 12 de mayo de 2018 y que además hayan presentado la solicitud en el plazo que marca esta convocatoria y con todos los requisitos que en estas bases se incluyen: justificaciones, documentaciones, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;El importe correspondiente a cada solicitud se calculará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;En ningún caso se dará una cantidad superior a los 100 Euros por solicitud ya sea individual o por equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Comisión de valoración i otorgamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Comisión de Valoración estará formada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Los Técnicos de Deportes o persona en quien deleguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;TAE de Intervención o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Secretario: Auxiliar administrativo del Patronato Municipal de Deportes o persona en quien delegue (con voz pero sin voto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las funciones de la mencionada comisión serán las siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Evaluar cada una de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Baremar cada una de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Admitir o excluir las solicitudes que corresponda, en relación con los criterios que se enmarcan en las presentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;10. OTORGAMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;En cuanto al proceso administrativo de concesión de las ayudas, la Comisión Evaluadora atenderá los siguientes periodos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Una vez finalizado el termino de presentación y examinadas todas las solicitudes, esta Comisión emitirá un informe-propuesta con la lista de admitidos y excluidos y los motivos de exclusión, que tiene que servir de base para elaborar&lt;strong&gt; la resolución provisional&lt;/strong&gt; de admitidos y excluidos por parte del Presidente Delegado del Patronato Municipal de Deportes, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración y los requisitos establecidos en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esta lista se expondrá en la página web y al tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y del Patronato Municipal de Deportes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los solicitantes podrán presentar, en el plazo de 3 días hábiles contados a partir del siguiente a la exposición de la resolución provisional, las oportunas reclamaciones acompañadas de la documentación que estimen conveniente, que tendrá que ser presentada en el registro de entrada del Patronato Municipal de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia en horario de atención al público.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. Resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez la Comisión Evaluadora haya analizado la documentación aportada para enmendar y a la vista de las a alegaciones presentadas, elaborará un informe que tiene que servir de base para elaborar &lt;strong&gt;la resolución definitiva&lt;/strong&gt; de concesión o denegación de las ayudas, que expresará la lista de personas beneficiarias y la cantidad de la ayuda otorgada, y también las solicitudes excluidas con indicación de la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Presidente delegado del Patronato Municipal de Deportes, visto el informe, aprobará la resolución de la convocatoria, que será expuesta en los lugares de información señalados a las bases de esta convocatoria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12. Pago de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El pago de las subvenciones se realizará mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta indicada por el solicitante.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13. Contabilidad de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta subvención podrá ser compatible con otras ayudas y subvenciones con la misma finalidad. En ningún caso, la suma de las ayudas recibidas podrán superar el gasto hecho por este acontecimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;14. Régimen&amp;nbsp;de recursos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra esta resolución se podrá interponer recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes desde su publicación o recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 13.2. No pueden obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones que regula esta Ley las personas o las entidades en las cuales se dé alguna de las circunstancias siguientes, salvo que por la naturaleza de la subvención lo exceptúe la normativa reguladora: a) Haber sido condenado mediante sentencia firme a la pena de pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener subvenciones o ayudas públicas. b) Haber solicitado la declaración de concurso, haber sido declarados insolventes en cualquier procedimiento, estar declarados en concurso, estar sujetos a intervención judicial o haber sido inhabilitados de acuerdo con la Ley concursal sin que haya concluido el periodo de inhabilitación fijado ala sentencia de calificación del concurso. c) Haber dado lugar, por una causa de la cual hayan sido declarados culpables, a la resolución firme de cualquier contrato subscrito con la Administración. d) Que la persona física, los administradores de las sociedades mercantiles o los que tengan la representación legal otras personas jurídicas,estén incursos en alguno de los supuestos de la Ley 12/1995, de 11 de mayo, de incompatibilidades de los miembros del Gobierno de la Nación y de los altos cargos de la Administración General del Estado; de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas, o que se trate de cualquier de los cargos electivos que regula la Ley orgánica 5/1985, de 19 de junio, del régimen electoral general, en los términos que establezca esta normativa o la normativa autonómica que regule estas materias. e) No estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias o ante la Seguridad Social impuestas por las disposiciones vigentes, en la forma que se determine por reglamento. f) Tener la residencia fiscal en un país o un territorio calificado por reglamento como paraíso fiscal. g) No estar al corriente de pago de obligaciones por reintegro de subvenciones en los términos que se determinen por reglamento. h) Haber sido sancionado mediante resolución firme con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener subvenciones según esta Ley o la Ley general tributaria. No pueden acceder a la condición de beneficiarios las agrupaciones previstas en el segundo párrafo del apartado 3 del artículo 11 de esta Ley cuando concurra alguna de las prohibiciones anteriores en cualquier de sus miembros. Artículo 13.3. En ningún caso no pueden obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones que regula esta Ley las asociaciones incurses en las causas de prohibición que prevén los apartados 5 y 6 del artículo 4 de la Ley orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo,reguladora del derecho de asociación. Tampoco pueden obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora las asociaciones respecto a las cuales se haya suspendido el procedimiento administrativo de inscripción porque se hayan encontrado indicios racionales de ilicitud penal, en aplicación de lo que dispone el artículo 30.4 de la Ley orgánica1/2002, mientras no recaiga resolución judicial firme en virtud de la cual se pueda practicar la inscripción al registro correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
