    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En sesión extraordinaria celebrada el 8 de noviembre de 2018, el Consejo de Administración del Patronato Municipal de Deportes de Alcudia ha aprobado las bases reguladoras para la concesión de premios individuales destacados del Alcudia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, por medio del presente edicto se publican las bases referidas al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De la misma manera, se inicia el periodo de presentación de solicitudes a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB durante los veinte (20) días hábiles posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es regular los premios que concede el Patronato Municipal de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia con el objetivo de apoyar, motivar e incentivar a los deportistas de Alcúdia que hayan conseguido varios méritos deportivos. Además, mediante su participación en diferentes campeonatos o eventos promocionan el nombre de nuestro Municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Destinatarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Los/las beneficiarios/-arias de este premio serán aquellos ciudadanos empadronados o naturales de Alcúdia que han obtenido un resultado destacado entre el 1 de noviembre de 2017 y 31 de octubre de 2018 en algún campeonato deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Para poder optar a un premio los/as beneficiarios/-arias tienen que cumplir con los siguientes requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Haber conseguido un resultado destacado en algún campeonato deportivo entre el 1 de noviembre de 2017 y el 31 de octubre del 2018 siguiendo la tabla de criterios de valoración del apartado 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Estar empadronados en Alcúdia al menos con un año de antelación a la fecha de aprobación de estas bases, o bien ser natural de este municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Seguridad Social, la Agencia Tributaria y el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;No encontrase sometido en ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;No encontrase sometido en ninguna causa de prohibición contemplada en el artículo 13 de la Ley de Subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Dotación presUPUEstaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Para esta finalidad existe crédito adecuado y suficiente de 7.000€ en la partida presupuestaria ES 341 489001 para atender las obligaciones de contenido económico que se deriven de la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. FORMA Y DOCUMENTACIÓN DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas interesadas que soliciten acogerse a la presente convocatoria tendrán que presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Solicitud &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 1).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b. Fotocopia del DNI o Pasaporte del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c, Documento bancario en que consten los datos de la cuenta donde abonar el premio y el titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d. Autorización para la consulta de los datos de empadronamiento de la persona solicitante &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 2).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e. Certificado o acreditación de la correspondiente Federación deportiva (Si contempla la modalidad deportiva en cuestión) o del órgano competente del acontecimiento deportivo, donde conste en su caso la participación, inscripción, marcas, lugares conseguidos, etc. entre el 1 de noviembre de 2017 y el 31 de octubre del 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f. Relación de ayudas y subvenciones concedidas por el mismo concepto &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 3)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g. Autorización para la consulta de los datos de estar al corriente con las obligaciones tributarias con la Seguridad Social, la Agencia Tributaria y el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 4)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h. Declaración responsable del cumplimento de los requisitos de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. (&lt;strong&gt;Anexo 5)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i. Enviar fotografía practicando el deporte con el que opta al premio vía correo electrónico a patronat@alcudia.net &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;6. TERMINIO DE PRESENTACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de la publicación de la &lt;strong&gt;convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt; en el Boletin Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. CUANTÍA Y NÚMERO DE AYUDAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Se establece la cantidad global de 7.000 euros, que se distribuirá de forma individualizada para cada uno de los beneficiarios siguiendo los criterios detallados en el apartado siguiente. En cualquier caso un participante no podrá recibir más de 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Criterios de Valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Los criterios de valoración de los premios serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Los resultados no serán acumulativos. &lt;strong&gt;Sólo se tendrá en cuenta el resultado más destacado.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Sólo se darán los puntos por participación a un Cto. de España, Nacional, europeo o mundial cuando se participe por los resultados obtenidos durante la temporada o a través de la selección balear. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Si un individuo, hace una prueba internacional por su cuenta, tendrá que justificar siempre, la obtención de un resultado destacado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;La repartición de puntos se realizará siguiendo el baremo de puntuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Técnico de Participación Ciudadana o persona en quién deleguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Assessor: TAE de intervención o persona en quién deleguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Secretario: Auxiliar administrativo del Patronato Municipal de Deportes o persona en quien deleguen (con voz pero sin voto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las funciones de la citada comisión serán las siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Evaluar cada una de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Baremar cada una de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Admitir o excluir las solicitudes que correspondan, en relación con los criterios que se enmarcan a las presentes bases.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;10. OTORGAMIENTO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En cuanto al proceso administrativo de concesión de los premios, el jurado atenderá los siguientes periodos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación i examinadas todas las solicitudes, esta comisión emitirá un informe-propuesta con la lista de admitidos y excluidos y los motivos de exclusión, que tiene que servir de base para elaborar la &lt;strong&gt;resolución provisional de admitidos y excluidos&lt;/strong&gt; por parte del Presidente Delegado del Patronato Municipal de Deportes, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración y los requisitos establecidos en estas bases. En caso de no haber excluidos se elevará la propuesta a definitiva de admitidos y excluidos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esta lista se expondrá en la página Web y al tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y del Patronato Municipal de Deportes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los solicitantes podrán presentar, en el plazo de 3 días hábiles contados a partir del siguiente a la exposición de la resolución provisional, las oportunas reclamaciones acompañadas de la documentación que estimen conveniente, que tendrá que ser presentada en el registro de entrada del Patronato Municipal de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia en horario de atención al público. Finalizado este plazo, la comisión de valoración examinará la documentación presentada y elevará una nueva propuesta al Presidente del Patronato Municipal de deportes para elaborar la &lt;strong&gt;Resolución definitiva de Admitidos y Excluidos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;11. RESOLUCIÓN DE LA COVOCATORIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Publicada la Resolución definitiva de Admitidos y Excluidos, la comisión evaluadora elevará la propuesta provisional de puntos al Presidente del&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Patronato municipal de Deportes para la elaboración de la&lt;strong&gt; Resolución Provisional de Puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el plazo de 3 días hábiles&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;contados a partir del siguiente a la exposición de la Resolución Provisional de Puntos los solicitantes podrán presentar las enmiendas y alegaciones que consideren oportunas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una vez la Comisión Evaluadora haya analizado la documentación aportada para enmendar y a la vista de las alegaciones presentadas, elaborará un informe que tiene que servir de base para elaborar la &lt;strong&gt;Resolución Definitiva&lt;/strong&gt; de concesión que expresará la lista de personas beneficiarias y la cantidad del premio otorgado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Presidente delegado del Patronato Municipal de Deportes, en vista del informe, aprobará la resolución de la convocatoria, que será expuesta en los lugares de información señalados en las bases de esta convocatoria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12. Pago de los premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;El pago de los premios se realizará mediante transferencia bancaria en la cuenta indicada por el solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

No pueden obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones que regula esta Ley las personas o las entidades en las cuales se dé alguna de las circunstancias siguientes, salvo que por la naturaleza de la subvención lo exceptúe la normativa reguladora: a) Haber sido condenado mediante sentencia firme a la pena de pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener subvenciones o ayudas públicas. b) Haber solicitado la declaración de concurso, haber sido declarados insolventes en cualquier procedimiento, estar declarados en concurso, estar sujetos a intervención judicial o haber sido inhabilitados de acuerdo con la Ley concursal sin que haya concluido el periodo de inhabilitación fijado ala sentencia de calificación del concurso. c) Haber dado lugar, por una causa de la cual hayan sido declarados culpables, a la resolución firme de cualquier contrato subscrito con la Administración. d) Que la persona física, los administradores de las sociedades mercantiles o los que tengan la representación legal otras personas jurídicas,estén incursos en alguno de los supuestos de la Ley 12/1995, de 11 de mayo, de incompatibilidades de los miembros del Gobierno de la Nación y de los altos cargos de la Administración General del Estado; de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas, o que se trate de cualquier de los cargos electivos que regula la Ley orgánica 5/1985, de 19 de junio, del régimen electoral general, en los términos que establezca esta normativa o la normativa autonómica que regule estas materias. e) No estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias o ante la Seguridad Social impuestas por las disposiciones vigentes, en la forma que se determine por reglamento. f) Tener la residencia fiscal en un país o un territorio calificado por reglamento como paraíso fiscal. g) No estar al corriente de pago de obligaciones por reintegro de subvenciones en los términos que se determinen por reglamento. h) Haber sido sancionado mediante resolución firme con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener subvenciones según esta Ley o la Ley general tributaria. No pueden acceder a la condición de beneficiarios las agrupaciones previstas en el segundo párrafo del apartado 3 del artículo 11 de esta Ley cuando concurra alguna de las prohibiciones anteriores en cualquier de sus miembros. Artículo 13.3. En ningún caso no pueden obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones que regula esta Ley las asociaciones incurses en las causas de prohibición que prevén los apartados 5 y 6 del artículo 4 de la Ley orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo,reguladora del derecho de asociación. Tampoco pueden obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora las asociaciones respecto a las cuales se haya suspendido el procedimiento administrativo de inscripción porque se hayan encontrado indicios racionales de ilicitud penal, en aplicación de lo que dispone el artículo 30.4 de la Ley orgánica1/2002, mientras no recaiga resolución judicial firme en virtud de la cual se pueda practicar la inscripción al registro correspondiente.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
