CAIB 11427 615390 2018-11-05 CAIB 38168 2018-11-08 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En relación con el asunto de referencia, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 24 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2016, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación, se publica el Acuerdo del Pleno de la CMAIB, en sesión de 27 de septiembre de 2018,</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">CONSIDERANDO</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Que Ladrillerías Mallorquinas SA ha solicitado una modificación no sustancial de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada de la fábrica de bloques cerámicos y similares (IPPC 01/2006) consistente en el desmantelamiento de una planta de almacenamiento y gasificación de gas natural licuado (GNL).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Que la documentación aportada justifica que se trata de una modificación no sustancial, en cumplimiento del art. 10 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Que los informes emitidos por los diferentes organismos son favorables y dan cobertura a la propuesta.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">ACUERDA</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Otorgar la modificación no sustancial de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada de la fábrica de bloques cerámicos y similares de Ladrillerías Mallorquinas S.A. (IPPC 01/2006), consistente en el desmantelamiento de una planta de almacenamiento y gasificación de gas natural licuado.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La ejecución de la obra se hará según las condiciones indicadas en el proyecto técnico de desmantelamiento que acompaña la solicitud y con sujeción a las siguientes condiciones:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.Se ha de actualizar el Plan de autoprotección adecuándolo a su nueva situación actual y se registrará en la Dirección General de Emergencias e Interior.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.Se modifica el condicionante 5. Consumos donde se sustituye el GNL por Gas Natural en la tabla, así como su consumo anual:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">"5.
