&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1 g) de la ley 7/1985 reguladora de las bases del régimen local y las bases que rigen la convocatoria de una plaza de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany mediante el procedimiento extraordinario del decreto ley 1/2017, de 13 de enero de 2017 (BOIB nº 113 de 13 de septiembre de 2018, he resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Aprobar provisionalmente, de conformidad con las bases cuarta y quinta de la convocatoria, la lista de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo caso, con la finalidad de evitar errores y, si se producen, de posibilitar su subsanación en el plazo establecido y de la forma procedente, las personas interesadas han de comprobar, no sólo que no figuran en la relación de personas excluidas sino que, además, constan en la relación pertinente de personas admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para subsanar los posibles defectos o presentar el documento que sea preceptivo, las personas admitidas y excluidas disponen de un plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se considerarán no presentadas las personas que figuren en la lista de excluidos que no cumplan el presente requerimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
