&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En complimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 40 de la Ley 7/2013, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de instalación, acceso y ejercicio de actividades en las Illes Balears, se somete a información pública, per término de 20 días contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB, el expediente que seguidamente se relaciona, a efectos de que las personas físicas o jurídicas, asociaciones, entidades vecinales y las que estén interesadas&amp;nbsp; formulen las observaciones que consideren pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
