    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se hace público que la Presidenta del Consell Insular de Menorca mediante Decreto nº 2018/814, de fecha 19 de octubre de 2018, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar los modelos de declaración responsable de inicio de actividad turística (DRIAT) correspondientes a las empresas de intermediación que incluye: las agencias de viaje, intermediadores turísticos y centrales de reservas, los cuales se transcriben como anexo a esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Las declaraciones responsables de inicio de actividades turísticas únicamente se podrán presentar de acuerdo con los modelos aprobados. La presentación de la declaración con un formato diferente al aprobado y que no incorpore la documentación obligatoria, no producirá ningún efecto jurídico y no será admitida a trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Publicar el presente decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a los efectos de general conocimiento y disponer que se dé la máxima difusión posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
