Antoni Daniel Frontera Borrueco, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Selva, hago saber:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Que corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento elegir la persona para ser nombrada &lt;strong&gt;JUEZ DE PAZ TITULAR&lt;/strong&gt; de este Municipio, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 101 i 102 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial y los artículos 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de Junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Que se abre un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;quince días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; para que las personas interesadas y que reúnan las condiciones legales lo soliciten por escrito dirigido a esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Que en la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento se puede examinar el expediente y perdir la información necesaria sobre los requisitos, duración del cargo, remuneración, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Que en el supuesto de no presentarse solicitudes, el Pleno de la Corporación elegirá libremente y comunicara el Acuerdo al Juzgado de Primera Instancia del partido judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Lo que se publica para el conocimiento general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
