    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada por Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión ordinaria de día 28 de septiembre la convocatoria de ayudas para los centros educativos inscritos al programa de reutilización de libros de la Conselleria, para el curso 2017/2018, se hace público el extracto publicado en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;EXTRACTO CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS PARA CENTROS EDUCATIVOS INSCRITOS EN EL PROGRAMA DE REUTILIZACIÓN DE LIBROS DE LA CONSELLERÍA PARA EL CURSO 2017/2018.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Código de la Convocatoria: 420440&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.bi 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual puede consultarse en la base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;u&gt;(&lt;/u&gt;http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los solicitantes de este deben ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Centros del Municipio de Andratx y que acrediten mediante certificado de la secretaría que se encuentran inscritos en el programa de reutilización de libros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los centros deben estar al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no ser deudores por cualquier otro concepto no tributario. A tal fin, una vez finalizado el plazo para presentar las solicitudes, el tesorero del Ayuntamiento expedirá de oficio una certificación acreditativa de si los peticionarios están al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no ser deudores por cualquier otro concepto no tributario. Los peticionarios que no estuvieran al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias, tendrán 10 días hábiles para reparar la deficiencia detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Presentar un informe por parte de la secretaría del centro del número de alumnos inscritos en el programa de reutilización, así como el curso que cursa durante el año 2017/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El simple hecho de presentar la solicitud de estas ayudas, supone aceptar estas bases y en caso de falsedad u omisión total o parcial de la documentación presentada se incurrirá en responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El objeto de esta subvención es fomentar la reutilización de libros como medida de impulso a la protección del medio ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda para matriculados en 1º de Educación Primaria: 45.- €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda para matriculados en 2º de Educación Primaria: 45.- €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda para matriculados en 3º de Educación Primaria: 55.- €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda para matriculados en 4º de Educación Primaria: 55.- €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda para matriculados en 5º de Educación Primaria: 75.- €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda para matriculados en 6º de Educación Primaria: 75.- €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Ayuda para matriculados en ESO y módulos voluntarios: 100.- €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía total de la partida presupuestaria prevista en los presupuestos del Ayuntamiento de Andratx para el año 2018 de la partida: 326-48901 asciende a 15.000.- €, para centros inscritos en el programa de reutilización de libros para el curso 2017/2018. En cualquier caso, de no existir crédito presupuestario suficiente se prorrateará el porcentaje necesario en todas las ayudas (art. 22.1 "in fine" de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Las solicitudes deberán presentarse en el SAC del Ayuntamiento de Andratx en horario de 8'30 a 13'30h de lunes a viernes. Asimismo también se podrán presentar en los lugares establecidos en el art. 18, de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre 2015, Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas y en cualquier otro que establezcan las disposiciones vigentes, una vez aprobada esta convocatoria por la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El plazo será de 10 días hábiles desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
