&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A N U N C I O:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el presente procedimiento seguido a instancia de GUNTER RIX frente a YIMEE PORNTIP se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SENTENCIA nº 324/18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En Ibiza, a 10 de septiembre de 2.018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D. ALFONSO MANUEL FERNÁNDEZ GARCÍA, Magistrado-Juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 2 de Ibiza, habiendo visto los autos seguidos en este Juzgado al Juicio de Divorcio Contencioso número 467/2017, a instancia de D. GUNTER RIX, representado por la procuradora Doña MARIANA VIÑAS BASTIDA y asistido por la letrada Doña PILAR PRATS COSTA, contra Doña YIMEE PORNTIP, como parte demandada, declarada en situación de rebeldía procesal, procede &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;EN NOMBRE DE S.M. EL REY &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a dictar la presente resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que estimando la demanda formulada a instancia de D. GUNTER RIX, contra Doña YIMEE PORNTIP, como parte demandada, declarada en situación de rebeldía procesal, debo declarar y declaro disuelto por divorcio el matrimonio contraído entre D. GUNTER RIX y Doña YIMEE PORNTIP, con todos los efectos legales inherentes a dicha declaración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No procede hacer imposición de costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Firme que sea esta sentencia, líbrese oficio exhortatorio al Encargado del Registro Civil donde se encuentra inscrito el matrimonio, con testimonio de la misma, a fin de que se anote su parte dispositiva en la correspondiente inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Notifíquese esta sentencia a las partes, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma podrán interponer en este Juzgado y en el plazo de veinte días, recurso de apelación, del que, en su caso, conocerá la&amp;nbsp; Audiencia Provincial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, YIMEE PORNTIP, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;IBIZA/EIVISSA a doce de septiembre de dos mil dieciocho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
