VICENTE MANUEL BOLUFER FRANCIA, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia, del JDO. DE LO MERCANTIL N. 2 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, por el presente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A N U N C I O:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el presente procedimiento&amp;nbsp; 971/2017 seguido en este Juzgado frente a JOSE ANTONIO LEONART SOCIAS se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;: 00240/2018&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 29 de mayo de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vistos por mí, don Víctor Manuel Casaleiro Ríos, juez del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Palma de Mallorca, los autos de Juicio Verbal con número 791/2017 en el que es parte demandante la entidad mercantil Prefoc Comercial del Extintor S.A. representada por la Procuradora doña Joana Socias Reynes, y parte demandada Don José Antonio Lleonart Socias, sin representación procesal ni asistencia letrada, por lo que se le declaró en situación de rebeldía procesal, habiendo versado el presente procedimiento sobre ACCIÓN INDIVIDUAL DE RESPONSABILIDAD, dicto la presente sentencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que con ESTIMACIÓN ÍNTEGRA de la demanda presentada por la Procuradora doña Joana Socias Reynes, en nombre y representación de la mercantil Prefoc Comercial del Extintor S.A.&amp;nbsp; contra Don José Lleonart Socias&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; debo CONDENAR y CONDENO a Don José Lleonart Socias&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;a que pague a la entidad mercantil Prefoc Comercial del Extintor S.A la cantidad de 3.696,86 euros, más los intereses explicitados en el fundamento de derecho cuarto. Todo ello con expresa condena en costas procesales a la parte demandada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes, haciéndoles saber que la misma no es&amp;nbsp; firme y que contra ella cabe interponer&amp;nbsp; cabe interponer recurso de apelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Así por esta mi Sentencia, la acuerdo, mando y firmo D. Víctor Manuel Casaleiro Ríos, juez del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Palma de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, JOSE ANTONIO LEONART SOCIAS, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a veintisiete de septiembre de dos mil dieciocho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
