    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dª PAULA MATEO ERROZ, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 003 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que en el procedimiento ORDINARIO 0000850 /2015 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª HANS DIETER BAUMANN contra la empresa CARLOS MANUEL BATISTA ALMEIDA, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado SENTENCIA Nº 192/2018 en fecha 11/06/2018, cuya parte dispositiva es del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ESTIMO la demanda origen de las presentes actuaciones, promovida por HANS DIETER BAUMANN, contra la mercantil CARLOS MANUEL BATISTA ALMEIDA y en su virtud&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CONDENAR al pago de la cantidad bruta de TRES MIL TRESCIENTOS NOVECIENTOS CUARENTA Y TRES EUROS CON CATORCE CÉNTIMOS (3.943,14 EUROS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes, advirtiéndoles que la misma no es firme y que contra ella cabe RECURSO DE SUPLICACIÓN ante la Sala de lo Social del TSJ de la Comunidad de Baleares, que deberá ser anunciado ante este Juzgado en el plazo de cinco días desde su notificación, en el modo y forma previstos en la Ley Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social, art. 194 y 196.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Expídase testimonio de esta Sentencia, que se unirá a las actuaciones, y llévese el original al Libro de Sentencias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así, por esta mi Sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y para que sirva de &lt;strong&gt;notificación en legal forma a CARLOS MANUEL BATISTA ALMEIDA&lt;/strong&gt;, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
