    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vista la Resolución de Alcaldía n.º 542 de fecha 04/09/2018, en la que se aprobaba la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos de la convocatoria en relación con las pruebas de selección personal de la plaza vacante de Policía Local, en la plantilla municipal. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto que ha finalizado el plazo de presentación de reclamaciones a la lista provisional de aspirantes y examinadas las alegaciones presentadas por los aspirantes excluidos de la convocatoria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con las bases de la convocatoria aprobadas junto con la convocatoria en Resolución de Alcaldía n.º 442 de fecha 05/07/2018, y en virtud del artículo el artículo 20 del Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al Servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de Provisión de Puestos de Trabajo y Promoción Profesional de los Funcionarios Civiles de la Administración General del Estado aprobado por el Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, y el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Estimar las alegaciones presentadas por los aspirantes que se relacionan en la tabla siguiente en relación con el expediente de selección de personal para cubrir la plaza vacante de Policía Local en este Municipio en consecuencia, introducir en el expediente las modificaciones correspondientes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Lo que se hace público, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 20 del Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al Servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de Provisión de Puestos de Trabajo y Promoción Profesional de los Funcionarios Civiles de la Administración General del Estado aprobado por el Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, ante Alcalde de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponer Vd. cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
