280 2018-10-18 2018-10-18 2018-10-16 es 35387 CAIB 10696 text/html es ![CDATA[Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 11 de octubre de 2018 por la que se aprueban las listas provisionales de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de oftalmología del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, Sector Sanitario de Tramuntana, convocado por la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de mayo de 2018 (BOIB nº 67, de 31 de mayo)]] CAIB 614656 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Hechos</strong></span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de mayo de 2018 (BOIB nº. 67, de 31 de mayo), modificada por la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 29 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 81, de 30 de junio), y con convocatoria específica por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 2 de agosto de 2018 (BOIB núm. 102, de 18 de agosto) se convocó un concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de oftalmología del Sector Sanitario de Tramuntana del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">La base 4.1 de dicha convocatoria establece que, una vez vencido el plazo para presentar solicitudes, el director general del Servicio de Salud dictará una resolución para aprobar las listas provisionales de admitidos y de excluidos del proceso selectivo.</span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Por todo ello dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">RESOLUCIÓN</span></strong></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Aprobar las listas provisionales de admitidos y excluidos del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de facultativo/facultativa &nbsp;especialista de área de oftalmología del Sector Sanitario de Tramuntana del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares convocado por la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de mayo de 2018 a que se refiere el punto 1 del apartado “Hechos”. En la lista provisional de admitidos figuran su nombre, apellidos y número del documento de identidad, y en la lista provisional de excluidos figura también la causa de su exclusión.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Advertir que, con la finalidad de evitar errores y, si se producen, hacer posible que se corrijan en tiempo y forma, cada aspirante debe comprobar no solo que no figura en la lista de excluidos sino que, además, figura en la de admitidos. </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Establecer un plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta resolución para presentar reclamaciones —que no tendrán carácter de recurso administrativo— o para subsanar —si procede— el defecto o la causa que haya motivado la exclusión. Las reclamaciones que se presenten deben entenderse rechazadas si quien la haya presentado no aparece como admitido en la resolución con que se publiquen las listas definitivas. Quien no subsane los defectos en el plazo establecido será excluido del proceso selectivo. Asimismo, quien haya detectado errores en la consignación de sus datos personales puede manifestarlo en ese mismo plazo.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Determinar que el ejercicio de la fase de oposición se llevará a cabo el día 26 de enero de 2019, a las 10.00 horas, en el Hospital Universitario Son Espases.
